Wonderful
This property truly felt like our home away from home! It is spacious, has a great floor plan, and we found everything very comfortable. The back yard is an oasis with plenty of seating, a relaxing water feature and a lemon tree! The kitchen is generously equipped and the double oven was an added bonus. We made GREAT use of the golf cart, and were extremely grateful it was included with this rental. Joe and Laura were very quick to respond when issues arose and resolved the problems efficiently. A few minor details prevent us from giving this property a five-star rating. When we arrived, there was no hand soap anywhere in the house, and no Kleenex. There wasn't even a "starter" amount of trash bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets or dishwasher pods. Providing these basic supplies would have given the rental a much more welcoming, hospitable vibe. The other thing was the extra amount that we had to pay for the gas utility. The lease agreement clearly states how much the rental includes for gas, and we knew that for that amount, heating the pool was completely out of the question. Therefore when we were notified that we owed more for gas, we were dismayed that the threshold amount didn't provide for normal heating of the home and hot water usage. All things considered, we found this to be a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
