Sun City, Fully furnished 2bd, 2bth vacation home is near stores, golf courses and great recreation facilities. You will enjoy your stay in this updated home with an open floor plan that is great for living and entertaining. Nice backyard for bbq and grill recipes. and our very own unique giant cactus. Kitchen and Laundry are equipped like living at your own home. We are open to provide a fair discount with long term stay.
The space
Our home is located near West Grand Avenue and 107th. Its close to stores, golf courses and many recreational facilities. During the winter months, enjoy the mild weather, and travel the southwest. March is a great time to be in the area for Cactus League Baseball. We offer a beautiful house, recently updated, including an open floor plan. Internet is provided, along with Roku TV, and local channels. You will treasure your stay at this very quiet and clean community. Laundry is provided, backyard patio with table and chairs and choice of charcoal or gas grill.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house, except the garage and backyard storage. Some items may be labeled 'Owner'. Laundry is provided, back yard patio with table, chairs, and charcoal grill. Parking is provided in garage and driveway. Kitchen is loaded with all the gadgets you needed for cooking your favorite recipe.
Other things to note
This is a retirement community. Most recreational facilities are available for use to all our guests.

Security Cameras
Our property has three outside security cameras to help with guest protection. Two cameras at the front of the house covering the parking area, and the front door entry area. The third camera is located at the back of the house covering the patio and sliding door entry area.
