This classic Black Bear Traditions 1064 square foot townhouse includes 2,100 ft of shared frontage on the 980 acre full rec lake with assigned boat slip, sand beach, and playgrounds. Enjoy your Master KING bedroom suite with jacuzzi tub and full bath. .The second bedroom includes two twin beds. The open concept living room has a sleeper sofa. Wake up and enjoy a beverage from the stocked coffee bar. Central air will keep you comfortable for your summer stay. Direct access to Snowmobile trail. Walking paths encompass over 12 wooded acres.

Very peaceful views of the lake, eagles and plenty of deer. We were able to back up to the door to avoid the icy conditions. The coffee bar was a huge hit. Thanks for everything.

Beautifully Situated Lakeside Condo

My husband and I, along with our 18 and 20 year old daughter and son, had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed our stay here! The lake views were fabulous right outside the windows and from the patio!! The condo was very cozy, roomy, comfortable and CLEAN!! Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here for a long weekend, The view of the lake was beautiful. The location was perfect, felt remote but was close enough to get into town for a little shopping. The unit had everything we needed. Thank you.

Northern WI Escape

Beautiful lake views, clean and well-maintained property, and great space for family meals and game nights. Coffee bar was a nice touch! My family will be back!

Great Place to Stay

Wonderful experience. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The beds were comfy and there was a nice big TV to stream to your own services. They recently put in new piers which are very nice for docking your boat. Looking forward to coming back.

Very clean and well kept condo. Beds and furniture was newer and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. My first Vrbo experience. Went off well. Owners responded to questions almost immediately. The condo was quiet considering the peak summer period. Plant to return in the future.

Up North Wedding

Property was amazing! We enjoyed the lake view right outside the patio in the morning for coffee and in the evening as the sun set! Fishing off of the pier was plentiful! The property is well maintained and we enjoyed daily “deer filled” walks. The condo was very clean and beds were super comfy! All of the little touches were so appreciated and really made us feel welcome! It was a truly an up north getaway that left us felling relaxed and rejuvenated…which is what the Wisconsin North Woods is all about! We will be back next year!

At Germain

The only issue we had was..Wi-Fi and cable were advertised and wasn’t available.There was 1 channel that came in and no Wi-Fi. I had to log in for work purposes so it made it impossible..Firewood wasn’t available on the property,we had to search for it down a dirt road and hall it back ourselves. Tiki torches were empty ,and all the lights on walkway were covered in thick bugs and webs,our light didn’t work in front of our door. Otherwise a nice quiet property
