It was located right on the river in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was very quaint. You could walk to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was finally getting to see a huge black bear!

Room was very good. It was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and warm. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Electric heated fireplace was a nice bonus after a cool walk down the strip. Didn’t get to use the pool maybe next time. Kitchen was small but very useable. Loved having the fan in the bedroom because I forgot mine haha. It’s in the perfect place for walking the strip or walking to eat. Overall was a very good stay.

“We had a great stay. The location was awesome. You’re close enough to walk to everything with a stroller, but just far enough away from the main strip that it’s quiet at night. The condo was clean and well stocked and just big enough for our family of 4. The host was very gracious and responded quickly when we had a question. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again”

Overall it was a good stay, but had some issues with smell through the vents (we assume it was from the neighbors) and had hot water problems. I’m currently pregnant and have a toddler, so the smell was bothering us. But otherwise, the property was very clean, had a cozy feel and pretty close to the main strip.

I was very impressed with the rooms and how clean the property overall was. It was the best places we’ve stayed at and we’ve been coming done for 4 years now. Only issue I could stay and it wasn’t a big one. The bathtub drain was very slow draining.

Wonderful Vacation!

The condo is conveniently located in walking distance of the Gatlinburg strip. The unit was clean and the check-in/out process was super easy! I would stay here again.

Great weekend stay!

My husband and I had a great stay. The condo was very clean. It is decorated with a cute bear theme. It was extremely quiet. It is in a great location to restaurants, tastings and shops. We parked our car on Friday and did not get back into it till we left on Sunday.

Location is perfect

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Overall accommdations were good however a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, shower/tub combo is needed.

Gatlinburg condo

Great location for staying in town. My only complaint about the property is no dishwasher...although understood that there's really no room for one. Not a huge deal for a 3 night stay, but would be problematic for a longer stay. But overall, love the place for the price, property owner was prompt in answering the few questions I had.

Nice property

The place was exactly like the pictures. Location is in gaithersburg around the corner from everything. Everything was in walking distance so that was nice. Quiet Location ,pool etc. A bear stop by the area to visit and that was cool to see. The only issue I had was the tv went out because it was storming and after that the remote in the room wasn't working. But overall it's a nice place for the price! seesee.

Exactly as Listed, Great Stay/Location

Everything the listing said was spot on. It was actually much closer to downtown that I expected which was great. The property was great. Would absolutely stay here again if coming to town.

Great location

The location is great, tucked away off the main street, easy access. Just note that traffic in Gatlinburg is terrible, so it was nice to just park and walk to everything. The condo was very clean, I liked the wood floors and the brickwork around the fireplace, cute country bear decor. I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the morning out on the balcony. Condo came with some essentials, plates, cups, silverware, coffee makers (2 kinds), nice and bright in the kitchen. We did hear alot of noise at night from the pool area, not sure what time the pool closed down and please note that there is no big hot tub, looked like there was one at one time. Parking was good, but if you take your car out, please note that in the evening, spaces fill up fast but we always saw one or two empty spots. Cons: The area rug in the living room was full of stains and the bathroom will eventually need some attention, such as stained ceiling tiles in the shower area. However, it was a clean condo.We never cooked there, it was a whirlwind trip, meeting some friends who were in the area and we ate out alot, (be prepared for sticker shock in the restaurants). Plenty of bath towels were proved and I appreciated that. The mattress was very firm, there is a closet in the bedroom to hang some clothes if needed and there are some tv trays in there and a big fan. So really no place to stick your luggage because there was no room on the floor for that in the closet. All in all it was a good stay.
