Small housewas very nicely decorated and price very reasonable . Licatio. was very accessible . We had difficulty with thermostat and there was a mouse aluve in kitchen sink. No scissors.

We had such a great stay at this cozy property! The décor is beautiful, the space was very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient, and the home had so much charm — truly a wonderful little getaway spot. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great Home, Great Location, Great Place To Stay!

We are regular VRBO renters and have been for years. We have only good things to say about this rental and the owner! The home was top notch, nicely decorated, well laid out for my wife and I and two great-nephews staying with us. Great location; close to Lexington, Georgetown, Midway, Kentucky Horse Park, distilleries, breweries, etc. If we are back in the area this is where we will stay again!

Easy check in. No dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, or extra paper towels but now that I know to bring those, I would stay again. It’s an old fashioned neighborhood with kids playing outside and decent parking. It’s easy to get to I75 and they don’t ask you to do much at checkout. Overall an excellent lodging.

Nice cozy home, everything you need for your stay. There were some spiders along all the edges of the rooms but there was a vacuum to clean that up quickly, the house was probably unoccupied for a while. There was a red ant presence in the living room corner, the host responded immediately and took care of it. We definitely would stay here again. Neighborhood was quite and felt safe.

The property was super cute and clean! Our only issue was the neighborhood. We personally felt like we didn’t have much privacy and just felt like we were always being watched by the neighbors. But overall cute little property for a quick stay!

Clean Home. Could use a couple more comforting features, blankets for warmth (temp varies in different rooms). Bring tissues, not a single box of tissues in the house. Could use a coffee table in the living room. Great communication with host. Had 1 miscommunication with host and they made it right. All good overall.

Horse show stay

We were very pleased with the organization and cleanliness of the house. It was well renovated and very nice. Mattresses were a little hard and the neighborhood was a little tight but other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.

Nice interior decorations!

We loved the interior of this home, with the wood shelving throughout, barrel and glass kitchen table, etc. Pictures on the listing are very representative of the home itself. The half bath connected to the master bedroom is very small with very little legroom when using the toilet; I'm 5'6" and was able to use it, but I doubt anyone with long legs or over 6' could. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely rent again. Thank you!

Cute Small House - Great location for KHP Stays

We loved the privacy of the little cul-de-sac and all of the updates in the house that made it feel like home during our stay. The back yard was a lovely surprise and great for relaxing after long horse-show days. For only having one full bath, we never ran out of hot water with our whole party showing back to back - huge plus in my book! Would love to stay here in the future if we make it back to the Bluegrass State.

HIghly Recommended! Home was a perfect home base for us. Home is in quiet, safe neighborhood. Half bath was very small, anyone over 5'4" would have a hard time using the toilet. We would stay here again if in the area.

We planned a weekend getaway trip to KY from KC. This cute and spacious house was perfect for us! We enjoyed coming home at night and spending time outside on the back patio under the lights or in the living room just talking. We loved this house and all its charm!
