Brand new, 4-bedroom home 2 blocks to Georgetown College, home to Lexington SC. Minutes from I-75, this is a central location to all things Ky has to offer! 15 mins to Ky Horse Park. 30 mins to ARK & Bourbon Trail. Our guests will enjoy comfy beds, luxury bedding, a pack & play, a well-stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops & stainless appliances, Smart TVs in every bedroom, high-speed wifi, 2 full baths, laundry, off-street parking, a deck & spacious backyard w/ charcoal grill & firepit.

We give guests privacy during their stay. If needed, we can be available.

Quiet, residential neighborhood in downtown Georgetown.

Entire home.

This is a newly-built 4 bedroom home in a residential neighborhood. The home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite countertops, basic spices, cookware & service for 10. The open kitchen/living room offers a dining table w/ bench seating, a 55" Smart TV & a leather sectional & another couch. 1 bedroom w/ a king bed, pack & play, 2 luggage racks and en suite bathroom w/ a shower & tub combo. 3 bedrooms w/ queen beds + a hall bath w/ a shower & tub combo. We provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a 43" Smart TV, a small dresser, hangers, a full-length mirror, a small table fan & a throw blanket. Laundry facilities in the hallway w/ detergent, wool dryer balls, an iron, a handheld steamer & ironing board. Back deck & front porch have patio furniture, as well as a fire pit in the backyard w/ plenty of chairs!

Very walkable neighborhood, 2 blocks to Georgetown College. Uber & Lyft are also available.

Coffee, tea & sugar provided.
All towels & linens provided.
Pack & play w/ 2 sets of sheets provided.
Laundry detergent provided.
Charcoal grill & utensils provided - must provide your own charcoal & lighter fluid - PLEASE use grill OFF of the deck & AWAY from the house!

Loved that this house was pet friendly for 2 dogs which allowed my daughters to both bring their dogs and avoid boarding or pet sitting fees while we attended Retired Racehorse Project at Kentucky Horse Park! Host was attentive and house was perfect!

Pet friendhi!! She black screens ly; clean, REALLY CLEAN! :-), high tech appliances. Nice back yard with fire pit and chairs back there was a wonderful treat! Location is incredible, near city events, great restarants on a neat small town type downtown area. Hosts communicate very quickly and are very helpful! I will def stay here again!!! Couchs are comfy to sleep on too! I wish I could give it a 15/10!!

Well appointed home

This was a perfect place for us to attend our niece's wedding. Four bedrooms, small sitting area and kitchen, but since we were only staying there to get ready and spend the night, we did not need a lot of space inside. The owners have thoughtfully prepared this house. From make-up towels to soap, shampoo, conditioner in the showers, garbage bags and dish soap, coffee etc. They have done a fantastic job of taking care of small things to make your stay just easy and wonderful. It is a very fresh and new space - you will just love it. Plenty of backyard space for our grandson to play in with some of the toys we brought.

Great little place!

I loved the layout as it allowed for quiet in the bedrooms while someone was in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a little difficulty with the thermostat since we were unfamiliar with a smart one. We figured it out. The beds and bedding was excellent! Thanks for the thoughtfulness that went into this home

Great Georgetown House

Great house for our 3 night stay in the area. Nicely appointed and feels newly updated. In a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown restaurants and under an hour drive to many Distilleries. Hope to come again!

So close to downtown

My dad, brother and I needed a place close to the cemetary, Georgetown College, and downtown for family activites. This house was not only in the perfect location, but it provided everthing we needed! The white couch was heaven! We come back twice a year and look forward to visiting again.

Kentucky Horse Park stay

This property is in a perfect location to KHP! Literally 12 minutes away which was perfect for how often we needed to head back and forth during Pony Finals. The rooms and decor were great. The living area was slightly smaller than we had thought, but it didn’t affect us in any way. We had every item available, and the individual fans in each bedroom were a really nice touch. The neighborhood was just “ok”. Georgetown is a beautiful town, but this property is not in an area that I felt demonstrated the towns appeal. We felt safe, so that’s really all that matters. It would have been wonderful if the grass had been cut, so we could have enjoyed the front porch and back deck. Unfortunately the bugs were too abundant. Again, not a game changer for us. I did not get text responses from the owner which we thought was a bit strange, however-we never had any real issues, so not a big deal. She sent me a welcome text when we arrived, with a link to what we needed, so that was helpful. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

I chose this property because of its proximity to the Interstate and Georgetown College, which is now home to Lexington's newest professional soccer club - Lexington SC. Only minutes to Lexington, this home is located in a suburb outside the city, that still exudes small town charm. I also love new construction with updated finishes that guests appreciate & fewer headaches as a host.

We offer a home with 4 bedrooms, so we can sleep 8 comfortably in beds + children. We also offer a pack & play for younger ones. Our guests love that we offer a large TV in every bedroom + the firepit out back is a favorite in the cooler months! The covered front porch is another space guests enjoy hanging out on & visiting. The home allows large groups or a family to spread out & enjoy their time with us comfortably in their own spaces, without feeling crowded.
