Cozy Modern Home in the Hudson Valley
Beautiful, private home on three acres of land in Garrison, NY. Our newly renovated carriage house has all of the modern comforts, with the serenity of nature just outside your door. Here you will find new appliances, a wonderful kitchen, cozy living room and spacious bedrooms. Plenty of natural light and well-designed landscaping with rocks, trees, hydrangeas and lilacs. Come for a weekend, or stay for the month - you won’t want to leave our peaceful retreat. We are conveniently located just one hour from New York City, five minutes to Cold Spring, and directly across the Hudson River from West Point.

Our home has two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, and seating area. The second bedroom has a full bed, with organized closets and seating area. The upstairs bathroom has a gorgeous, spotless tub and great shower. There is an additional half bath on the first floor of the home. We have installed a brand new AC system, and maintain Nest thermostats with central heating throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, tableware, new appliances including a stainless french door refrigerator, Viking stove and oven, an additional convection oven, and dishwasher. We offer an LG washer and dryer in the pantry, and all of the cooking essentials needed for an easy arrival.
Cozy up in the living room on our comfy couch, and watch Roku TV with Amazon Video, Netflix, HBO Max and more (guest will need to log in to access these services). We are able to set up an air mattress for 5-6 guests.
Our expansive property includes two lawn areas, a circular driveway for easy access, and a sunny patio with table, chairs, and a fire pit.
We take our cleaning protocol seriously and leave 24 hours between our guests to ensure your satisfaction. We clean all bedding and duvet covers, bath mats and towels between guests.

Please remove shoes in the home to help us maintain our newly installed hardwood floors and cream colored furnishings. We do not allow parties at our home. This is a small residential town with young families, so please keep the noise level down and no loud music past 10pm. For any events, please message me directly to inquire.
It will be difficult to access our home in winter without four wheel drive. If you do not have a car with four wheel drive, please park at the bottom of the driveway and walk up.
