Perfect Pike's peak basecamp location & spacious luxury for active family/group

Enjoy the view from either the walk out lower level patio or the large upper level covered deck with comfortable outdoor, cushioned seating. Relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the beautiful mountain air at 7500 feet while soaking in the mountain views and spotting the visiting wildlife. Or take a nice 45 minute hike right outside the door to the top of Pyramid mountain (at the top of Cascade) where gorgeous views and a wooden bench swing await!

Inside, you will enjoy the spacious, well appointed house with 2 bedrooms & large living room/kitchen/dining room on the main floor, with 2 additional bedrooms and living area on the walkout lower level. There is plenty of space and privacy for one or two families who want time together, and also some space of their own.

Pamper yourself in either of the 2 the master suites! Each master suite (up and down) contains a comfy queen size bed connected to ensuite with dual sinks, and large shower. The main floor suite also has a fireplace and soaking tub. Finally, large walk-in dressing room/closet areas finish off the suites, giving plenty of room to spread out and move in for your time here.

This house has all the amenities you might want: Fully stocked beautiful kitchen, 3 car garage (bring the toys), space to sit and enjoy the views, high speed wifi (150+ Mb/s), fireplaces in both living areas and main floor master, gas grill and picnic table out back, and a play fort for the kiddos and lots of space to spread out. All of this minutes from everything Colorado Springs, Woodland Park and the surrounding area have to offer

We have TV's upstairs and down with bluetooth enabled soundbars for you to play your music from your phone or other device. With a BluRay player and smart TV apps, you can watch movies, connect to netflix, amazon prime or just watch TV...whatever you are in the mood for!

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all of the core appliances and amenities you will need, along with some extras. Whether you like to cook elaborate meals or simply warm something up, we have you covered.

3 car garage access makes getting in and out easy, whatever the weather, and gives plenty of room for a large group with multiple vehicles....so bring your mountain toys!

As avid travelers ourselves, we have made sure you have everything needed to make your stay here so much better than a hotel.

We were in Colorado Springs for our son’s wedding. This home provided the perfect place for our family, ages 7-66 to stay. We loved getting fresh air on the front porch, with an incredible view. Spacious Family Home

My family (9 people) loved this house! There were great gathering spots to hang out, play games, do puzzles, and eat together but there was also enough space that you could find a space to enjoy some quiet alone time. We loved that the house was secluded with a beautiful view of the mountain, yet close enough to the attractions that we wanted to check out in Manitou Springs! If we return to the area, we would definitely consider staying here again!

This house is ideally located just outside Colorado Springs and across the highway from the entrance to Pike’s Peak. The house is very large and has great views.

Great Family Vacation Space

The house was as expected, just the right size for our children and their families (6 adults;1 child). We were celebrating a milestone birthday. We enjoyed the property itself (and the space it provided) and its proximity to local attractions. The kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciate that we were able to use (and pass on without waste) condiments and unexpired foodstuffs that had been purchased but not completely consumed. Would definitely book again.

Great Location

Location is great! House is excellent. Beautiful view of mountain outside windows from main living area. Loved having 4 baths and another 1/2 bath making it very convenient. Easy check in and host responds immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

FANTASTIC property for our family get together. Luxurious linens were a bonus to an otherwise spacious and well-appointed house. We enjoyed morning coffee on the upper deck with a beautiful view and family time at dinner around the dining table. Couldn't have been better. Kitchen had 95% of what I wanted as the family chef. The space is laid out well to move around and be together; yet space for someone to enjoy quiet time too. Loved everything about it. Highly recommend. The location was also great - easy to reach Manitou Springs but also Woodland Park.

Beautiful Property

This home was beautiful. The view alone is worth the stay but the home is pretty luxurious. It is located pretty close to the Garden of the Gods and the Cliff dwellings which we loved seeing. Thank you so much for sharing this property. We had a great stay.

Destination Wedding Trip

We absolutely loved this home! It's very spacious with lots of bathrooms and large kitchen and dining. Perfect for our family for our daughter's wedding. Gorgeous view of the Cascade Mountains and the property owner was very friendly and easy to work with as well!

Fantastic stay at CML

We had ten family members including 4 kids ages 5-10. This house was perfect. Close to all the attractions and you can’t beat the view from the porch. Drew was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Business get away

The property was amazing! Drew was very receptive. Our only issue was the property is not as in the middle of the woods as it appears in the pictures. It does back up to a major highway, but even with that it is absolutely gorgeous, and the street traffic is not noticeable.

Great experience!

We decided to “skip” Christmas and take a family trip this year. We chose the house based on the photos of the view from the deck and we were not disappointed! The house was very well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. When we had questions before, during and after our stay, Drew was very responsive. Five out of five stars, would recommend this property to anyone!

Great house, friendly neighbors

Two families stayed at this place over Spring Break, and it was great. Plenty of room, beautiful views, close to everything. As luck would have it, we got about 3 feet of snow over night while we were here, pretty unusual I hear. The owner was communicative and let us stay a couple extra nights for free since we couldn't leave the property. Kind neighbors shared some supplies and helped with shoveling/clearing the road until we were able to get out. Overall, quite a memorable experience.

Beautiful Home and Base Location for Mountain Adventures

We stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights in June of 2024 as part of a family reunion that our family had in the area. We had family come in from all over the country but our VRBO was the favorite gathering place for meals as there was ample room for everyone to sit, eat, and visit for hours. The dual master suites were ideal as we have little kids and my parents staying with us. It allowed the older folks to have a quiet break area downstairs and for us to keep eyes on our littles upstairs. The bonus hall bathrooms were fantastic for when we had family over. A great experience, we would definitely book this location again.

amazing property for family

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and I, our adult children, their spouses and infants. Perfect that their was a bedroom and bathroom dedicated to each of us (8 adults, 2 infants). The main floor and downstairs family rooms were perfect as well. 3 car garage to keep our vehicles inside and the beautiful deck was wonderful. Close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. Stocked kitchen and even a basement fridge for all our cold drinks. Drew responded to ALL requests with lightening speed. Thanks for sharing your home with our family for the week.

Best location for all the touristy things!

This house was accommodating, to say the least! There was so much space for our group of 5 adults and two 6 year olds. The room with the 2 twins had games and toys and stuffed animals which were greatly appreciated after a day of travel w kids. The house was clean and spacious and had a huge garage to use. We cooked breakfast and dinners every night and had everything we needed, not to mention the number of nonperishables available in the pantry. We enjoyed the front patio and views with our morning coffee AND evening wine. We will always remember the awesome house we stayed at when we remember our Colorado trip.
