Large apartment of 135m2 warm, very bright with terrace and breathtaking panoramic view over Paris on the 26 floors of a prestigious residence at the edge of the canal, 10 minutes from the Champs Elysees ( center of Paris) and at the business district of la Defense.
Residential area close to all shops.
I do not accept any form of party in my apartment, please do not contact me about this! (only a quiet drinks or dinner can be accepted)

A 85m2 very large living room with 70 inch TV, terrace and fully equipped American kitchen.

A large master bedroom with queen size bed and its own bathroom (shower)

This apartment does have a fantastic view over Paris

This high-rise apartment was very spacious and clean. The underground Esplanade de la Défense is close by. The small terrace is excellent for breakfast in the sunshine!

Very cool apartment with amazing view,

The apartment is very big and has an amazing view and is very cool! The location is a little far for tourists, especially because it is 15min away from the closest metro.

Glad that you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the nice review Susanne. My apartment is less then 10min walking from the closest Metro so you probably went to the wrong satiation. By car he is 10min from the center of Paris (8 or 16 district).

Spacious property with fab views

The property was very conveniently located and it was great to have an allocated parking place. The apartment itself was spacious and bright with beautiful views. It was well furnished and very comfortable. We did buy pizzas to cook before we realised there was a hob and microwave but no oven, however there was a good take away pizza place we later discovered just down the road - fontana di trevi. We would definitely stay again!

Overall Good

We had some challenges finding the place due to an incorrect address listing on VRBO. The host was very responsive in sending the address. We had wifi challenges and he had a new router to us the next morning. The space did smell like cigarette smoke but we believe it was from the neighbors. I accidentally took a fob and he was very communicative and gave me grace in sending the key back. Despite some bumps, it was overall a good stay

Family vacation in Paris

Good-Beautiful view, close to train and restaurants. Needs improvement-heaters did not warm the apartment, no hand towels or wash cloths provided, took me a while to figure out washer/dryer settings, had to purchase washing and dish detergent. Bathroom with toilet felt dark and dirty. Welcome packet with instructions for appliances and things near by/recommendations would be nice. Inability to have visitors or be charged put a damper on the trip as we were traveling with another family.

Glad that you enjoyed your stay Dana. As we are the middle of June my building turn off the heaters for the summer but in case i had extra back up heaters for you but you didn’t contact me regarding that. The soap for the clothes and the dishes was under the sink but again you didn’t ask me for that. Regarding your potential visitors if you asked me i will give you the approval to let them come. I do not accept visitors when it’s young people cause it’s a high risk that they will try to have a party but in your case as you went there with your family it will not be a problem at all. I’m here to assist my guests 24/7 and always answer really fast to every request.

Great view and value for Paris, but not perfect

Well, "Dream View of Paris" is no lie. It is wonderful at any time of day, but especially at night. Among the other good things about this rental: Very good communication with/by the owner All windows open (no A/C) Fans provided Building seems very safe and secure Small convenience store/grocery right next to the building Short walk to Esplanade de la Defense Metro station Now some things that could be improved, either by the host or the building owner/management company:. The front of the building is neglected and very ugly. 2 showers in the apartment. One is small, and one is VERY SMALL. There are two toilets in the apartment. The half-bath has the feel of a janitor’s closet with a toilet and a tiny little sink. The kitchen is beautiful but not equipped for any serious cooking. The hot water kettle was heavily corroded inside, making it unusable. Also, there were no instructions provided for the induction stove, which is a little tricky to use. The furniture is not very comfortable, especially the kitchen stools. Thanks Mehdi, for making this place available to us!

Atemberaubende Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gerräumig und schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und noch mehr. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Check in und Check out ist sehr einfach und in 2 Minuten erledigt. Das beste ist natürlich die Aussicht einer der schönsten die ich je gesehen habe, man sieht die Skyline von La Defense auf der einen und das Zentrum von Paris inklusive dem Eiffelturm auf der anderen. Ein Traum! (Der Eiffelturm sieht viel näher aus als auf den Fotos) Die Betten könnten bequemer sein aber das ist Geschmackssache manche mögen es so. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt mit unvergesslicher Aussicht. Danke an den Gastgeber.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Paris

Als erstes muss ich hier die perfekte Lage der Wohnung hervorheben. Zwar hat man auf dem Foto schon erahnen können wie die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist. Der tatsächliche Ausblick war aber herausragend! Auf der Rückseite hat man das moderne Paris im Stadtteil La Defense mit modernen Hochhäusern und auf der anderen Seite hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Altstadt von Paris. Man konnte nahezu alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit bloßem Auge erkennen, natürlich mit dem Eifelturm als Highlight. Das kommt auf den Fotos gar nicht so rüber aber das war beeindruckend. Die Lage war perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch in Paris. (Kleiner Tipp: Mietet euch ein Fahrrad und erlebt so direkt die Stadt auf dem Weg ins Zentrum. Es gibt mind. 2 Stationen in der Nähe der Wohnung).Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang bis zum Ende perfekt. Alle Angaben stimmten genau, so dass man ohne Sorgen seinen Urlaub genießen konnte. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vielleicht könnten die Küche und das Bad eine kleine Modernisierung vertragen aber das war für uns okay so dass wir trotzdem einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hatten.

Appartement super! Logement était une vraie surprise, très propre et arrangé avec goût. En ce qui concerne l’emplacement cela a été une vraie surprise et c’est encore mieux que sur les photos on se croirait à New York. Nous avons super bien séjourné. La literie est très agréable et de qualité. Encore merci à Mehdi qui a su être au petit soin et su répondre à nos besoins tout le long de notre séjour. Je recommande les yeux fermés
