Property was spacious and clean with a lovely outside porch overlooking the Rosemary area. We were there during a really quiet week right after Thanksgiving and really enjoyed being walking distance from fabulous restaurants and the beach.

Terrific accommodations great location! Walking distance to beach, shops & restaurants! The beds were super comfy! The host was very accommodating & attentive to our questions & needs! The house was well appointed & maintained!Only issue was that there were no beach/pool towels…. which would have been very helpful! A map of community with pool locations, etc would have been helpful too!

What a lovely place!

This beautiful place was as lovely as the photos depicted! Everything about it was easy and convenient. Close to the beach. We loved it and would definitely return.

The space was lovely and close to so many amenities. My only suggestions would be to add a 1 pager for guests that provides directions for how to use each of the televisions ( it was extremely difficult and we are tech savvy. Perhaps mark the back of the remotes with usage) . In addition , directions on where to deposit the trash outside and a legible map identifying where the pools are located on the property . We can't wait to come back!

Great location, not very clean

The location, decor, check-in process was all wonderful. I was very disappointed, though, with how unclean it felt. It seemed as if it really had not been cleaned at all.

Amazing location and amazing stay.

Location. Location. Location. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's a small but surprising well laid out unit so it fits everyone perfectly and comfortably. The porch view of the rooftops to the water is amazing. Will definitely returning.

Great condo

The condo was right in the center of the square. It was clean and the bikes were waiting for us outside of the garage door. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to hurricane Helene, but while we were there we really enjoyed our time.

Family trip

Or first trip to Rosemary Beach and could not have chosen a better location! We were in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and across from the beach access. The townhouse was great and handyman was super communicative and helpful when we needed him for TV cable(very finicky) and fire alarm battery. Disappointed in a few things that should be included in a destination vacation spot mainly that beach towels weren’t provided. who flies with those? Also limited kitchen supplies for example; no base spices, mini cooler for beach, non glass cups etc. Overall it’s a beautiful property and so convenient to all the places you want to go!

Perfect location

This was a great condo and perfect for the 4 of us (but has space for more). Everything was wonderful but noticed floors could have been a little cleaner and since it’s what I would consider “end of season” the couches and chairs in living space were a little worn. The couch had feather stuffing in the cushions which shedded when you sat on it. In saying that would stay here again and location is amazing.

Amazing Vacation Property!!!

What an amazing experience! We loved the vacation unit and location and recommend it for anyone who is looking to vacation in the Rosemary Beach area. This unit is in the heart of the Rosemary Beach square and just steps away from the pristine beach. Everything you will need and want is included with the unit for a very enjoyable stay. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the property management company was accommodating and very helpful. Look no further, this is THE place to stay in Rosemary!

Cozy, Comfortable, Chic, Cutest Condo!

This condo is amazing. The use of space is brilliant. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great coffee bar. Comfortable furniture. The location is PERFECT for 30A. Beach, restaurants and shops steps away from this condo. Parking is easy. Bikes were a plus! Would love to return.

The condo is in a fantastic location—close to everything and just steps from the beach. Unfortunately, our stay had several issues that made it less enjoyable. Every morning between 5–6 AM, we were woken up by the sound of dumpsters being emptied from nearby businesses.When we arrived, the condo had not been properly cleaned. The bathrooms were especially bad, with hair piles in the showers, dirty grout full of mildew, and thick layers of dust and grime on the baseboards. Lighting in the bathrooms was also very poor—many bulbs were burned out, and there were no ceiling or portable fans for ventilation. The vanity lights in the master bath were completely out, making it hard to get ready in the morning.Lastly, the beach house wasn’t stocked with any basic beach essentials such as a collapsible cooler, boogie boards, or towels, which we’ve found to be standard at other rentals in the area.Overall, the location is excellent, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities need serious improvement before we would consider staying here again.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

My oldest daughter and I love the beach and the solitude of the Rosemary beach area. This condo; although, on the main drag, was quiet, very well appointed and had a view of the water. We never cooked but the kitchen had everything if you needed to cook. There was a little store below and great restaurants in the area. We sat on the beach by day and watched 2 sunsets on the boardwalk. The beds were insanely comfortable and the coffee bar was a hit. We will return!

Savanah unit

The unit was nice but the need to do a deeper cleaning in the main bathroom (shower tile esp). Also, the pedestal sink w no counter space is not convenient at all. There needed to be detailed communication on how to access the building as we and others that were arriving found it confusing as to where we needed to enter and what floor we were on. One would assume that Room 2E would be on the second floor but 2E is actually on the 3rd floor. A little more specifics would have made it a much easier process for weary travelers. Thanks

Luxurious condo in the center of Rosemary

This condo is beautiful and right in the center of town making it easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I’m giving this a four star because the cleanliness of the bathroom showers were a disgrace. A rental property at this caliber should not have clogged shower drains and mold growing in the showers. The baseboards and general decor throughout the home were also covered in dust/dirt. The rest of the condo was in nice condition but this property is well overdue for a deep cleaning and in need of a plumber to fix the clog drains. We did not cook, but the kitchen is beautiful and pretty much has everything that you need. We did pack lunches for the beach, so we were a little bummed to see that there was no can opener as my daughter likes to make tunafish sandwiches. Despite the bathroom showers, we had a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to come back to Rosemary Beach!

Needs Major Overhaul

The unit photographs much larger and cleaner than it actually is - It's a tight space for 4 adults. It was clean enough but the shower in the two main bedrooms needed additional attention. I dropped something and had to retrieve it from under the bed in the master - filthy - with at-least one item of clothing left by someone under there. The furniture is mostly junk with loosely fitted covers - some with holes and all with stains. The kitchen is very poorly equipped - the absolute basics with a sparse hodge-podge of glassware. The range and the dishwasher work. The disposal, toaster, and sink fixtures do not. Absolutely not as much as a salt & pepper shaker or detergent for the dishwasher - so don't forget to bring everything. Location is on Main St. but the unit opens to the back street. There is a view of the ocean from the deck which is nice. Trash pick-up and trucks servicing the Inn start assembling on that street around 5 AM - so that's the time you awake most days. The unit is obviously a rental/investment property. Needs a lot of love. Would absolutely not rent this unit again.
