Paradise awaits Kihei Beach Resort 408
Look no further, beautiful custom upgrades throughout, oceanfront condo directly on Sugar Beach, the longest stretch of sand Maui has to offer and just steps from your door. Start your morning off relaxing on the lanai listening to the waves while embracing the calmness of the ocean as the island wakes with the rise of the sun over Haleakala. With unobstructed views of Maalaea Bay where you will see the islands of Molokini crater, a snorkeling hotspot, Kahoolawe, and Lanai. During the high season (Dec.-April), you will often see humpback whales (mamas, babies, and guardian males) find shelter in Maalaea Bay directly in front of you. This 1.3 acre resort is beautifully maintained and will tempt you to stay and relax by the pool, sunbathe on the beach or claim a lounge chair under a palm tree and read a book. It offers a BBQ area for those dinners under the stars, centralized A/C and ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, centralized air conditioning and in-unit washer/dryer.

Kihei Beach Condos are conveniently located directly across the street from a collection of local treasures: Kihei Farmers Market featuring local fruits, veggies, smoothies and acai bowls, ABC Convenience Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop with fresh baked malasadas, pastries, and coffee, and Ululani's Shaved Ice. You will find yourself there more often than you think. You are centrally located just 5 minutes from downtown Kihei and only 15-30 minutes from Lahaina, Kahului airport, and Wailea making it the perfect location for everything you need from shopping, dining, entertainment, and great snorkeling.

Keolahou Hawaiian Congregational Church holds services in English & Hawaiian on Sunday mornings, open to all just down the street. Thursday evenings they host 808 Uke Jam, a gathering of ukulele enthusiasts of all different levels who play, sing, learn & share aloha. It is free & open to the public. Right next door is the Kihei Canoe Club. Watch the canoes during practices or races each morning. On Tuesdays & Thursdays the club offers visitors an opportunity to paddle out with them ($40 donation) and so worth the experience! Finish your day with toes in the sand and a walk on the beach while watching the sunset. It truly is paradise at its finest here on Maui. Aloha!

Incredible Balcony View!

We enjoyed our stay at Kehei. The condo was very nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous!! We loved watching the canoe races early mornings and sunsets in the evenings directly from the balcony. The location was convenient to eating, shopping and other attractions. I would definitely stay there again!

The condo was very nice. It was furnished with everything needed for a great stay. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, and mugs, as well as a nice assortment of serving bowls, and pots and pans.The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well furnished with plenty of towels, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A nice extra touch were the BBQ grills that we used a couple times for grilling meat. They were nice grills and were kept clean.Right across the street is a great fresh produce stand selling delicious local produce, nuts, jams, honey, and other Hawaiian treats. Next door is the fabulous Sugar Beach Bakery with amazingly good malasads, sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, etc. Another place you should not miss is Ululani's Shave Ice. Wow! It was delicious! We loved the lanai! We spent several hours there most mornings, watching the sunrise over the ocean, as we had our breakfast, and enjoyed our coffee.We would love to come back and stay here again!

An easy place to spend time and relax. Sunset views. Easy beach access. The kitchen has a view too. I enjoyed it as I cooked and baked. It does require a drive to big grocery stores and restaurants.

Whale of a spot!

Okay, our original Kihei condo was wiped away by the mud flood in December and we were kicked out with a month’s notice. So we feel very lucky that KBR #408 was open, though it was a bit pricier. Perhaps since we were such good guests, we could get a “thanks here’s a return rate” for next year??!!?? Can’t wait to come back…

The view, access to the pool and beach was fantastic. Just keeping it real the day we arrived. We were not allowed to park in the parking lot because they had construction at the Entrance. There was also maintenance being done on the building throughout our stay on the railings. I understand maintenance needs to be done, but this all happened to happen right on our stay. We would stay in this unit again hopefully without the maintenance going on.

So convenient the condo had everything you needed from a washer dryer unit to a boogie board, lawn, chairs, umbrella, Snorkel gear and ice chest. This is the third time that My husband and I have stayed in these condos and we enjoy each visit. The beach is so close you can walk it morning and night.

The elevator broke on two occasions during our ten day stay. The second time was on the day before we left and remained out of order which was quite a problem for my disabled mom. She had to be taken down four floors of stairs and prevented her from excursions the day before. Also some issues with refrigerator since it was freezing our produce and the gasket on the door was impossible to open! I think if the office wasn't being remodeled we may have had better service from the resort.

The condo is a nice distance to the main part of Kehei and Lahaina.The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. It also has a washer and dryer.
