We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles at the home. These are the rules set by the community.

***We do not offer Saturday check-in, nor check-out therefore Saturdays might appear as blocked on the calendar. If Saturday check-in or check-out is necessary, weekend rates will apply for both nights when only one of the nights is a weekend. (Eg., if you book Saturday to Monday or Thursday to Saturday, the rate you will be charged is Friday to Sunday-our weekend rate). Please email us prior to booking to that we can adjust that rate.

*** Weekdays have a minimum stay of 3 nights.

*** Gated community with more to offer: Tennis court, swimming pool, playground, lake and more...

Due to Covid 19, the community might place some restrictions on the use of the amenities. We will contact all guests in case this occurs.

***Welcome to our gorgeous, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms home, features an absolute stunning living room with soaring ceiling, walls of windows! Large, open concept kitchen and dining room allows for easy entertainment. You will love our wrap around deck with a beautiful view.

This home is also located minutes from Camelback mountain where you can enjoy skiing, snow tubing, snow boarding and zip-lining. In the summer months you will love Camelbeach outdoor water park. For all year round activities, you can visit Crossings premium outlets which features over 100 stores, visit Mt. Airy Casino or enjoy Kalahari indoor water park! Hiking, nature trails, horse back riding, canoeing, shopping, everything is only minutes away! You will absolutely fall in love with our home!

Would definitely stay here again

We rented this property for a quick weekend getaway and it was lovely! The house is beautiful and comfortable; Michel is an accommodating host and was quick to respond when we needed to communicate with him. I couldn’t recommend staying here more enthusiastically!

PA Girls Trip

The house was lovely and we really enjoyed our time. Michel was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only thing I would change is you are not allowed to open the windows and doors which makes the house a bit stuffy on warm days.

Relaxing sisters weekend

The property was perfect for the amount of beds. Each one of us had a queen.There was no remote for the TV and furniture/cabinets were taped together...I phoned the owner and he responded quicklyquickly and explained the missing remote.

Beautiful, clean home, however the outside property could use a little TLC. While house slept 9, the deck had a few wooden broken chairs and 2 very old plastic chairs that were dry rotted. The beautiful online pictures of the outside garden area were not maintained at all making it not as enjoyable (as it certainly could have been) to sit outside in the garden or on the deck.

Awesome place

This house had so much room for our family. The owner was wonderful to communicate with and made our stay a breeze. The location was also awesome, our daughter got to feed deer off the back porch, something she’ll never forget!

Beautiful Retreat

Quick getaway in a beautiful setting. The home was airy and picturesque. Kitchen was well equipped with all the comforts of home. Overall a great girlfriends getaway.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood

We stayed here over the long MLK bday weekend. Home is in a gated, quiet communiity, and was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Michel was friendly and answered any questions we had. We all enjoyed our stay.

Girls Week

We really enjoyed the house and the location. The house is very spacious, except for the upstairs full bath, but wasn't a problem. The porch is a very comfortable area if you like to be outside. We would not hesitate to book the house again.

The house in Gouldsboro Pa

The house was beautiful with great views because of the floor to ceiling windows. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and so on in the kitchen. The air hockey game wasbfun for all. We enjoyed staying in this house.

Best rental in Poconos area

I loved it, it has a gate with 24-hour security, it made me feel safe. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need for your stay, the owner is very friendly and attentive, he helped us carry our luggage, and gave us all the instructions. Awesome house in the Poconos

This house is perfect for a nice getaway. I stayed in this home with a group of college friends celebrating our 50th birthday. The layout was perfect to gather, eat and relax. Having 6 queen beds and 3 bedrooms was great. Nobody had to stay in bunk beds or anything. The open floorplan was nice for cooking, eating and socializing. The house was immaculate and supplied towels and linens which was ideal for us. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. We hope to return again in the future.

nice home in a gated neighborhood that could be improved

the house is freshly renovated; the owners are very responsive to requests; we asked for a blender and Keurig machine, both were there when we arrived. The amenities in the neighborhood are limited. This would be a good vacation site for adults who want to chill. The fire pit was not allowed to be used without a permit (we assumed this permit was difficult to get).

Best rental in the poconos area!

Wow! What an awesome home to spend a little getaway at. This house was immaculate! It was fully stocked with all essentials needed, extremely clean and put together. Being in a gated community also gave my family and I a sense of security. The kids were fully entertained with the game room in the lower level, the house was so spacious and comfortable that we did not want to leave. It’s also really close to Camelback and the shopping outlets. Communication with the owner was effortless and they were so accommodating to our requests. We can’t wait to book this house again!!

Recommendations

Kitchen needs more cooking supplies, like roasting pans, grill utensils. It would have been nice to have TV's in the bedrooms and one of the upstairs bedrooms had no blinds. In the bathroom upstairs, you should really get a new tub and its undesirable to your guests. Overall we had a nice stay, thanks you having us

Such a wonderful place!!

We had such a great time. The house was in a gated community…Host was easy to deal with & very helpful. It was well equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. They even provided shampoo, air freshener, hand soap, hand sanitizer, etc. everything you could possibly imagine. And, the best part…the beds & pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in…more comfortable than I have at home. Kitchen appliances were outstanding! I can’t rave about this property enough! We were here as “The Group” - 7 of us who graduated together from high school in 1971…52 years ago‼️ We had the greatest time‼️ Thank you, Michel!!!

Spacious and Clean

We really enjoyed our stay with Michel! He is so kind and an excellent host who goes above and beyond for his guests comfort. There is some trickiness to the heating for example, but he will make sure you're well taken care of and understand how to use it. The beds were so comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were very nice and well stocked. The property is very impressive. Some things to note, you have to register your guests, who will sign in at the front gate before being let in, and that it's limited to 9. There weren't any curtains in the house when I stayed, so people can see in to the living room from the main road, but that could change by the time you might book to stay.

Better Than Christmas '24

For about 25 years a core circle of friends reunite every May in person. Jobs, marriage, kids - all the factors tallying convos where our lives get caught up on while we continue our groups' enthusiasm for Table-Top Role-Playing Games. Same rules: Each is responsible for 1 dinner-1 breakfast-then a day apiece on a.m. & p.m. cleanup. In our experience, this vacay spot had the spacing fit for us all. We dug the house's location, the rec room & the porches to hang out at between movies, video games, going out & calling back home. Beds were seriously complimented on the comfortability facet. Cool area that's great to chill with Steelers fans who were still cool with our Patriots & Red Sox gear.

Lovely Long Weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay. The property was well maintained with one of the nicest gardens I’ve seen of a Pocono property. The interior was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no trouble cooking all our meals at the house. Beds were comfortable and so nice to have all linens provided. The main floor full bathroom is beautiful with a very generously sized shower. Both our children (toddlers) enjoyed showers given the upstairs full bath was not usable. Our family of four ended up sleeping in the two upstairs bedrooms so we could be close together given ages of our children, so I would have preferred to be able to use the tub for kids baths. Finished basement was awesome extra space and we all enjoyed the game tables. I recommend getting phone number for property manager in advance in case of any time sensitive needs. Communication via the app was very slow but Michel was quite responsive via text. The neighborhood amenities were very nice a some of the best I’ve seen in the Pocono mountains. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Snack bar at pool had surprisingly good food, nice playground and great splash area for the kids by the pool. Overall great long weekend and we’d definitely return!
