It has everything you will need a comfortable king size bed, sleeper sofa, bathroom with a walk in shower, mini kitchen with a single induction stove , apartment size fridge, kurig coffee machine, utensils and dishes, dining table, big walking closet and big 42" rokuTV. And outside furniture to enjoy the warm florida weather. Welcome!

For the price, you really can’t get much better than this! Good communication from the owner, clean property with all the amenities listed. Very much recommend!

Great Stay!!

Perfect place to stay for our little get away to explore the area. The hosts were responsive and the place was very clean. They provided water in the frig which was a nice bonus. The shower was hot and had great pressure. The king bed was extremely comfortable. We will be back!

Great Value

Great location to explore many new beaches for the first time. My VRBO was clean, comfortable and updated. In a good neighborhood to go for morning walks. Host was great. Quick to respond with any questions.

Quiet Relaxing Countryside

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has plenty of room and is perfect for one or two. The kitchen is limited but functional. The place is spotless and has everything I need. The apartment is on the edge of some good natural forest and the Warm Springs you can easily walk too. Vasily is very responsive and took good care of me. Thank you

Beautiful

This place was absolutely perfect for my fiancé and I and our dog. Any problems we had, the owner was there to help. I was bit by fire ants and Vasiliy was out there spraying for them within 8 hours. I could not have asked for a better, more responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you guys again!!

This place was dirty The fan blades were coded in dust, super thick There were no wash rags Dirty bar of soap w hair on it Animal hair on the hand towels that were everywhere The chairs were filthy The noise from the laundry that was joint was loud w people slamming the dryer washing doors. The light coming into the room when in there while trying to sleep. Their dog barking and the blinds didn’t block any light out and it was like sleeping w the lights on every night. Would not recommend

Great value in a quiet area

The property was exactly as described. We were there on Friday until Monday for a wedding near by during spring break. Only 20 minutes from the beach and many great food and shopping choices within 10 minute. The owner’s communication and directions were great. We would book again without hesitation.

An oasis

We rented this unit so that we could go hiking with our dog and kayaking. When we opened the door we were surprised to see how clean and well appointed the efficiency was. I was only going to give this listing only 4 stars for online accuracy because it so understated the description. The Roku television is huge. The walk-in closet is huge. The laundry is a full sized washer and dryer and they provided quality detergent. The mini fridge is a small full size fridge. We had one incident in which the water cut off. We texted the landlords and they responded within minutes and came out to fix it in less than 20 minutes. It was very quiet and had easy parking. There were many kayak launches nearby and the mangroves and rookeries were spectacular. The Warm mineral springs were less than 1/4 mile away. Nearby Tarpon Pointe Grille had good food and great outdoor music. We absolutely plan to return and have recommended this place to our friends.
