Discover Villa des Cyprès, a beautiful 150 m² Provençal house located within Château Barbebelle, an authentic wine estate in the South of France.
Ideally situated near Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, and the Luberon, this holiday house in Provence is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a unique setting.
This beautiful air-conditioned villa (in the bedrooms) can accommodate up to 10 guests. It offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, a landscaped garden, and a private swimming pool — ideal for family or friends’ vacations.
Layout of the Villa
Bedrooms (4 bedrooms over 2 levels)
1st Floor:
Master suite with double bed (160 cm) and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom with double bed (160 cm)
Bedroom with 2 single beds side by side (90 cm each)
2nd Floor:
Spacious bedroom with 2 large double beds (140 cm)
1 travel cot (without mattress or sheets)
Bathrooms:
1 shower
1 bathtub (attached to bedroom 1)
2 separate toilets (ground floor & upper floor)
Living Spaces
Laundry room with washing machine
Large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.)

Practical Information
A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a digital welcome guide containing all useful information about the villa and its surroundings.
You will also be able to choose flexible check-in and check-out times (optional, with additional fees).
Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private pool, garden, and terraces.
A shared boules court is available at the entrance of the estate (boules provided).
During your stay in this exceptional wine estate, you can visit the Château Barbebelle winery, enjoy a wine tasting, and take walks through the vineyards.
Pleasant walks between woods and vines are possible along a marked trail. Please note that, as this is a private wine estate, free access walking is not permitted.

However, the house includes stairs and no safety gate can be installed.
Two fountains are located a few meters from the estate entrance. Their depth is limited, but children remain under your full responsibility.
Please ensure your children are supervised at all times during your stay.
A Living Wine Estate
You will be staying at the heart of an authentic wine estate.
The environment is generally very calm and peaceful, but as in any agricultural property, you may occasionally see a tractor, machine, or vehicle related to vineyard work.
This is part of the charm and authenticity of the place.
The Estate’s Animals
The property is also home to animals:
Three adorable dogs, who you may meet occasionally with their owners
Chickens, ponies, and horses in their private areas

About 15 minutes by car, you will find a freshwater swimming spot (paid access), perfect for family bathing.
The village of Rognes is famous for its blond stone, Provençal market, and lovely walking trails.
