-There is an separate suite at the far end of the house which will be very rarely occupied. This is a separate unit under the same roof but there are no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive use of the main house including the laundry room and the beach area at all times. The suite is usually only occupied for a few day around Thanksgiving and from Christmas time until the first of the year. Please do not enter that fenced in area.

Beautiful stay as Always! This was our second stay to the Brighton area to visit family. We love this cottage and the beautiful view of the lake. It is very comfortable and feels like home! Although it is close to "busy everything", it is down a beautiful little road in an area that is quiet and peaceful. We really appreciate all the amenities and the many, useful household supplies. Thanks for the welcoming bottle of wine and candy. Thanks for the good communication and easy check in.

We were visiting family in Wixom and decuded to bring our dog all the way from Holland, MI. Daniel was a great host, we had a small issue with entering the home and Daniel was quick to respond and help us get in quickly. The home was cute, clean and in a lovely hidden area. Location is excellent as it is on a secluded road but also close to stores, restaurants and many other shops. Would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Daniel was a wonderful host. Very easy to get ahold of.The house is as pictured. Wonderful setting. Quiet neighbors .Well stocked with paper products, kichen spices along with shampoo and conditioner. You will be happy on the deck looking at the lake as you have a camp fire with toasted marshmallows.Enjoy.

Not quite what we expected for the price but it has a nice deck, water a few yards away, we used the fireplace. Very comfortable home with all the necessities. Just the two of us and two small dogs, they did fine. Beautiful lake, quiet, peaceful and that's what we were looking for. Owner was very available to answer questions. So overall, I would return.

Perfect for a family retreat!

We had an amazing time in this quiet home on the lake! It was clean and very spacious and my daughter loved swimming everyday! We were also allowed to have our dog with us which made the stay that much more enjoyable!
Fire pit was wonderful for smores!

This was a very cozy place tucked away on a quiet road but close to amenities for convenience. We felt at home as soon as we entered. It is exactly as pictured and described and it was very well stocked. Host was responsive and clear in communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when in the area. I bet its glorious during the summer!

A nice quiet secluded location, easy access to the road and view of the water. The house is stocked nicely with everything you need, super clean and cozy. I was able to communicate easily with the host and get responses back quickly.

Great Place!

We had an amazing time staying here. Our dogs loved swiming in the lake and the fishing was good too! We asked for a special accommodation and it was granted which made our stay even better. The host was great and would look to stay here agian in the future.

Nice clean home, fully equipped, with good views of the lake and its swans. Owner was very responsive. It was a good visit and well located for our visit to see family in metro Detroit.

The property is located between the towns of Brighton and Howel and super close to many lakes and Mt Brighton Ski resort.

Brighton is known for having a thriving downtown area with many cool restaurants and some amazing breweries close by.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Located on the end of a private road, on a pretty little lake with a private beach.

The lake is great for fishing and kayaking and is quiet because there are no gas motors allowed. Yet the lake is still big enough that you can see bigger electric pontoons out for a relaxing float.
