Cocoonr offers this spacious, light-filled 95 m² T4 flat for rent on the shores of Lake Annecy, with panoramic views over the crystal-clear waters of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It combines comfort, elegance and a unique setting for an unforgettable stay in Haute-Savoie.
Located on the 3ᵉ floor of an exceptional residence set directly on the lake, with lift and PRM access, the accommodation comprises:
Living room:
- A through lounge opening onto a balcony with stunning views of the lake
- A convivial dining area for 6 people
- A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with bar and high stools
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and separate WC
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), balcony access with lake view, private bathroom (bath, double washbasin, WC)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (80x200) that can be joined together, wardrobes, balcony access with mountain views
- Bedroom n°3 : two single beds (80x200), wardrobes, access to balcony with mountain view
Outside:
- Three independent balconies, one with a unique panoramic view of the lake
- Direct access to the lake via the residence's communal areas
- Cycle path directly accessible from the residence
Additional facilities :
Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, secure private parking space (located opposite the residence). Public car park available nearby.
Nearby amenities:
Ideally located by the lake, the flat provides immediate access to the cycle path and is around 30 minutes' drive from the centre of Annecy and its shops, restaurants and cultural events.
Activities :
From the flat, go for bike rides along the water, enjoy water activities (swimming, paddle, wakeboarding), explore the hiking trails of the Semnoz or let yourself be seduced by the old town of Annecy. Thrill-seekers can try their hand at paragliding over the lake.
- The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the accommodation, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 40 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 1 hour 15 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence car park. A public car park is also available nearby if required.

- Completely non-smoking accommodation
- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
