Cocoonr is offering to let this luxurious, recently renovated 115m² through-apartment, located on the first and top floor of an intimate residence with just two flats.
Bathed in light and offering a unique panoramic view over the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy, this exceptional property also boasts a 35m² balcony/terrace, perfect for relaxing moments overlooking the lake. It comprises

- Spacious living room with dining area and stunning lake views
- Comfortable sofa and built-in television
- Grand piano (for experienced musicians only)
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-range materials (crockery, utensils, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
- Direct access to a large balcony (sofa area, dining table) with glass screen and panoramic view of the lake

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
