Come enjoy Lake Annecy with family or friends.
Our townhouse, located in the hamlet at the end of the lake, just 3 km from the center of Doussard, offers immediate proximity to the lake and the mountains.

The bike path is 50 meters from the house. It takes you to the center of the village of Doussard, where you’ll find all the shops (post office, restaurants, pharmacy, butcher shops, Carrefour Contact, newsstand).
During the summer season, there’s a market every Monday morning.

Doussard Beach is a 5-minute bike ride along the bike path and a 12-minute walk
The small beach at the end of the lake is 200 meters away.

Annecy is 15 km away and accessible via the bike path. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house (Annecy–Albertville line).

The house is on a dead-end street and can accommodate 6 people.
The rental includes bed linens and towels.

The layout is reversed; you enter on the upper level, where you’ll find:

- 3 bedrooms:
- The Palm Room has a 140x190 double bed.
- The Terracotta bedroom has a 140x190 double bed.
- The Trash Wall bedroom has two 90x190 beds.
- One bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.
- A travel crib is available.

On the first floor:

- The main room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area.
- The TV lounge area with a sofa features a wood-burning stove.
- A veranda with outdoor seating.
- An utility room with a washer and dryer.
- A separate toilet.
You can park 3 cars in front of the house.

Free internet and Wi-Fi (fiber)

Good to know: The road that runs along the lake passes right in front of the house; the noise may bother those seeking absolute peace and quiet, but it does offer proximity to the lake and a breathtaking view!

This is an ideal location between the lake and the mountains for a wonderful vacation.

- Water sports center (Doussard Beach): catamaran, kayak, and windsurfing rentals; water skiing;
pedal boats, stand-up paddleboarding…
- Paragliding, tennis, bike path.
- Dock right in front of the house.

- The nature reserve at the end of the lake offers a beautiful walk that’s very accessible, even for young children.

The Giez golf course is 7 km away, and the Talloires golf course is 12 km away.

Quick access to ski resorts: 30–35 km to La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, and Le Semnoz.

Since the house is a townhouse on a cul-de-sac with neighbors, parties and late-night noise are not permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
