- Modern open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, stand mixer, teapot) with central island and high chairs

- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with memory foam mattress, en-suite shower room and exterior access
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with garden and mountain views

- Geneva International Airport is about 45 minutes away by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private ride services (VTC)
- If you choose to come by car, 3–4 private parking spaces are available in the villa’s courtyard

- Hotel-quality bed linen and towels (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made for your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also included
