Cocoonr is offering this renovated character house with 135 m² of living space for rent, just a few minutes from the lake. It boasts views of the lake and mountains, as well as top-of-the-range features such as a private outdoor swimming pool and a vast 1,600 m² garden.
This haven of peace for holidays with family or friends comprises the following rooms:
Living room:
- Entrance hall with storage cupboard and two separate WCs
- Bright living room with two sofas, wood-burning stove, bookcase, flat-screen TV (YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime), DVD/CD player, hi-fi system
- Communal dining area with extendable table
- Modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, food processor, teapot) with central island and high chairs
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with memory foam mattress, en-suite shower room and outside access
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) with garden and mountain views
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) with chest of drawers and wardrobe
- Spacious shower room with washbasin shared between bedroom n°2 and bedroom n°3
Exterior:
- Two terraces: one with a view of the lake and pool, the other on the mountain side to enjoy the coolness in summer
- Private, unheated swimming pool, open from 01 May to 30 September, with garden furniture (deckchairs, chairs, etc.)
- Kitchen garden available
- 1,600 m² of land

Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the Villa, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, 3/4 private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Villa.
