- Private swimming pool of the residence, not heated, open from 1ᵉʳ July to 04 September, equipped with deckchairs and offering a breathtaking view.

The flat is ideally located in the centre of Veyrier du Lac, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and beach.

Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Transport :
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop opposite the flat, provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
