Look no further for your perfect escape to Hawaii! Nestled in the resort community of Turtle Bay, this newly updated 1 bedroom condo w/ a loft is outfitted with LUTRON Ketra lighting technology & LUTRON motorized shades and can easily sleep 4-5 guests the Kuilima Estates East. This upper level corner location provides wonderful ocean breezes and is very desirable for its proximity to parking and literally steps to the pool.

The master bedroom features a NEW (6/22) King size bed furnished with nightstands and dresser, a wall mounted smart HD TV, split a/c & a sliding glass door to enjoy the extra breezes and heavenly scented blossoms on the Plumeria tree. An upstairs loft-style bedroom w/ high quality full sized beds has split A/C and is fully equipped with its own bathroom. A roomy, screened-in lanai overlooks one of Kuilima Estates swimming pools with views of the lake, swaying ironwood trees and the azure Pacific beyond which is under a 10 minute walk from this condo. Fashionable granite counter tops highlight the newly remodeled kitchen equipped with all new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, plus all cooking and dining necessities. Eat inside at the kitchen island with barstool seating for 3 or while enjoying the breezes and view from the lanai which overlooks the golf course. Laundry amenities include brand new full washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. One assigned parking space is provided, as well as additional guest parking spaces. Tennis courts and swimming pools are within the condo complex; as well as a BBQ grill.

Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and and umbrella are provided for you to use at the many wonderful beaches along the "Seven Mile Wonder" on the North Shore. In the winter season waves get quite large and you can watch the locals and professionals alike use their skills at surfing breaks like Pipeline & Sunset.

Turtle Bay Resort offers a variety of restaurants, a full spa & gym; including exercise classes (please contact resort for fees), golf, horseback riding, helicopter tours, surf lessons, and canoe rides. Don't wait to book, dates are filling up quickly!

This place was great! There was a hurricane that came through while we were there and the host was really good at communicating with us on things we should be aware of. I would stay here again!

Everything was great! Leila replied to my questions very quickly. The unit was well stocked in regards to beach stuff….umbrellas, chairs, microfiber towels and wagon was a plus!We loaded everything into it and walked over to the beach…an easy 10min. walk(1/2 mile). The place was clean. The lanai however needs some TLC. I will definitely choose this unit again and highly recommend it. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great location and lots to do walking. Google Maps will show beach a mile away but walk over to Ritz and follow signs to beach about 3/4mile. Or drive short distance to Banyan Trail and walk to all sorts of beaches. Not crowded. Kitchen fantastic w every spice and utensil needed. Property is older but well maintained. Plenty of towels and trash bags provided as well. Laila was on top of things and available always if any questions. Overall, wonderful unit and location, will certainly return.

We loved our stay at this property. It was very conveniently located as we spent most of our time on the North Shore while also being easy to access the rest of the island. It was very well appointed and clean.

Very wonderful stay! We absolutely loved this condo, all the beaches, Toa luau, Waimea bay and all the hikes. This area is superior to Waikiki! Go on adventures and enjoy the beauty of this area! North shore is where it’s at!!!

Absolutely wonderful condo with all the amenities you could need. The upstairs loft/bedroom has alot of privacy with a screen that lowers. The Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort is only 2 blocks away. We will definitely be back!

Great little slice of paradise.

Clean, quiet, great amenities and close to everything on the North Shore and east side of the island. The beach toys were a great help (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, snorkel gear). Great and easy instructions with some amazing recommendations of what to do around the island.

Great place! Very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and overall very comfortable. Just a heads-up: there’s only one key fob for the front gate. When you first arrive, you’ll need to get buzzed in. Often, the host can’t have her phone with her while at work, so this can be hit-or-miss. If she’s unavailable to buzz you in, you’ll need to park outside the sidewalk walk all the way to the grab the key fob to get in. It was a little inconvenient and a hassle, so don’t forget the key fob.

Great stay on the North Shore

The place is a great location for the North Shore. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, with all the supplies you need for time on the beach. The place is a nice setup with all the items you could need for staying there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place.

Great location we enjoyed the PCC, Dole and beach. Light’s and blinds in this house are so cool!Decoration’s are beautiful air conditioning was wonderful. We had a wonderful time.

This is a beautiful condo that looked just like the photos! It’s located in a very nicely maintained complex with a nice pool and BBQ area that was cleaned daily. Laila was very responsive and we had no issues checking in. The beaches nearby were nice and within walking distance if you didn’t want to deal with parking. The beach to the right of the resort was a great place to snorkel during low tide and did have rental equipment, if the snorkel gear in the condo doesn’t fit. The beach to the left, near the stables, was a great spot to watch the sunset. The golf course was fun and well maintained with all sorts of exotic birds to see. The restaurant we went to inside the resort was delicious! It’s also a short 10min drive to a spot that had a least 20 food trucks including the famous Giovanni's Shrimp Truck. We went there three times during our trip and tried different trucks and never had a bad meal. Honestly you could stay near the condo for a week and have a great vacation but I would recommend venturing out. There were a lot of nice beaches, restaurants, and other attractions all within a 30 minute drive! I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Great stay on the north shore of Hawaii. Although it is a 10 min. Walk to the beach, we always drive over to the resort parking and never had an issue finding a place to park. Being on the north shore, it gets you away from the large crowds of Honolulu, and really is a slow paced kind of vibe. So absolutely a great location. It’s not far from the Polynesian Cultural center (which is a must so if you’ve never been!). Place was clean. Check in/check out was easy, and the boat was really good with communication. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the property. It had every kitchen appliance that is necessary to cook at the condo. I used the iron, AC was awesome, ceiling fans were nice, washer annd dryer were great when power came back on, and enclosed balcony was nice. We did lose power for 35 hours during the storm which wasn't ideal and owner didn't reach out, but not their fault. it would have been nice to have some battery operated lanterns in the place, we only found one tiny flashlight. Only suggestion is the place needs some maintenance due to the harsh saltwater air and bathrooms need new grout, drain system was slow and a shower massager would be great in showers. Balcony needed a good power wash aa it was a bit dirty. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It's quiet, next to the pool, beaches are gorgeous, and not too far to drive to town for night life, if that's your thing.
