Los apartamentos están rodeados por dos hermosos y bien cuidados campos de golf, y son los únicos condominios en la costa norte. Este es un gran lugar para relajarse, rebobinar, y restaurar, y un mundo forman lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad. Hale Lilly is on a beautiful golf course and close to the ocean. We loved having the pool, restaurant, and other amenities right there while still being in a great location for exploring the rest of the island.

Great but needs a few updates

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for 2.5 weeks, and overall it was great. They do need to do a few updates though. The microwave turn table didn't actually turn. The master bedroom fan didn't turn on. Lamp shades were broken and taped back on. Overall great, but a little bit older in some aspects.There are plenty of beach toys/boogieboards on the back porch.

Very spacious and roomy unit for the four of us. Smooth check-in and check-out. The unit is a little dated but it doesn’t bother us at all. The a/c units keep the rooms cold enough to sleep; the rest of the unit can run a little warm but not unbearable. We would stay here again!

The condo was as described. The bed configuration was good for our family. The condo is a little dated but had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy the beach, hang out, and cook the meals we wanted to cook. The location was great!

The condo was close to everything we wanted it to be.7 mins walk from beach, and coffee shops. It was a 15 minute drive from the north shore, and beaches where we spent most of our time. The pool was great for our 3 year old. The only thing was it stated it had a bbq, it didn’t, the patio furniture was extremely old and rusty, and the cleanliness was not 100%, we did have to purchase some cleaning supplies from Target to wipe down and clean some areas. Other than that it was excellent! We would stay again.

All the conveniences along with peaceful Hawaii atmosphere. A beautiful place on North Shore of Oahu. Fee convenient parking; swimming pool & close to ocean.

"A Solid North Shore Stay — Perfect for Nature Lovers, Minor Note

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! The golf course views were absolutely refreshing, and it was wonderful waking up to the morning sun with the hotel deli just a one-minute drive away. The location is hard to beat on the North Shore, and the condo itself was spacious with everything we needed for our stay.There were just two small things worth mentioning. First, having lived in the U.S. before, I understood it going in, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Our kids slept right through it without any issue, and we adults eventually got used to it too — it reminded us of typical A/C units in the U.S. The condo has two A/C units, one in each bedroom, but none in the living room, so it did get fairly warm during the day. Since we were usually out until evening, it wasn't a major issue — we'd just open the windows wide to let it cool down when we got back.The second thing — I initially thought it was just me, but since my husband experienced the same thing, I'm fairly confident it wasn't a coincidence: we both got bitten by ticks (or a similar mite), me on my back and legs, and my husband on his back. Our daughter was unaffected. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom, so it may have just been isolated to that room, as the downstairs seemed fine.I hope these small notes don't come across as too negative — this isn't a luxury hotel in New York or LA, and we're not looking to heavily dock points for what is, after all, a condo stay in Hawaii surrounded by nature. It's the kind of thing that can happen with this type of accommodation. That said, if you're someone who's particularly sensitive to bugs or noise, it might be worth keeping in mind before booking.

Golf trip

The condo was nice and in a great locations. The furnishings could use updating but overall a great value for the money. We were on a guys golf trip and was located very close to the golf course. So close in fact, we walked to the club house carrying our clubs. We would definitely stay again.

Didn’t realize there was more than one pool. Property map would have been nice. Also there was verbiage in the packet on the counter about a token to get into the pool but there is no token, only a code. Air conditioner situation with it blowing direct on bed is less than ideal but it works. We were confused about which unit was ours but eventually figured it out. Office closes at 3 pm which is check-in time so nobody answered the phone when we had questions about which unit was ours. Overall happy with the stay. This unit was cheaper than other units in the same area so we knew it wouldn’t be five star. It was good value for the price.

We stayed on the first hole of the golf course & the course restaurant was right out the back door. The condo was great! Had everything we needed sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, automatic ice maker, and extra blankets. Slept 6 comfortably. We were in walking distance to the beautiful Turtle Bay hotel/resort. We enjoyed the pools & beaches. Great place to stay. Five stars!

Sorry your stay was less than perfect. We do have professional exterminator treat our units monthly but still have the occasional pest, have taken extra steps to take care of this.

Reasonably Priced

Condo was dated, but in good condition. The low position of the window units in the two bedrooms could be improved. As is, the air flow hits the side of the bed and hinders the overall comfort of the rooms. Housekeeping needs more attention to detail. Dust accumulation on black floor fan and door slats are noticeable. Some of the wood steps of the staircase are separating which may cause safety issues in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The WiFi wasn’t working upon arrival, but after calling the property manager’s office someone came out to check it very quickly. He was very personable & courteous. The unit could use a little updating and/or upgrading but all in all it was okay. The beddings need to be changed, especially in the downstairs bedroom. I kept thinking of Monk and his sheets he traveled with!! As we were checking out, the same friendly gentleman was in the parking lot and said they were bringing in a new bed.

Hale Lilly Disapponting

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hale Lilly was filthy upon arrival, infested with **** roaches, had a hole in the wall, a shower that did not work so we all had to share the one shower and demolishing remodeling next door that started after we arrived and early each morning the contractor would pound on our door and tell us we had to move our car.We travel travel to Hawaii 1-2 times a year and stay in VBRO rentals. We have never experienced a property as terrible as this one. In our opinion, this property should be taken off of the market until repaired and cleaned up. Also, we think a partial refund is in order. We will leave it up to you as to what would be fair.John Camphouse

Aloha, We are sad to see this review on this property. As this unit was thoroughly cleaned before your stay and prepped the day you checked in as well as recleaned during your stay per your request. The property also does not have any holes of any kind inside and as the parking stall is assigned to the unit you were not asked to move your vehicle. Unfortunately there was construction being done next door but they were working in the non quiet time parameters that allows them to do so. Any construction work done on the property is beyond our control. Both bathrooms were and still are in working order as both showers were used during your stay. Our office was also informed by our prepping staff that there were no roaches in the unit when is was prepped shortly before your check in. As we are located in a tropical location it is common to see pest and as a rental management company we do everything in our power to prevent them from entering the unit by conducting a monthly spray as well as accommodating our guest to the best of our ability(sending housekeeping to reclean if needed ). We are sad to see such review on this property and are sorry that you felt that way while staying in our property . We do strive to have the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service we hope that you may give us another chance in the future. Sinserly KETB office
