Come Sip Champagne at Our Chalet on Lake Charlevoix South Arm. Stunning views, fire pit, and fireplace for cozy winter nights

This home has 5 beds. A king on the main floor master with amazing views of Lake Charlevoix and a full bathroom , a Loft with a queen and a full bed on the top level with full private bath, and then lower level walk out to your private dock also has a queen and full bed sleeping 10 comfortably

There is a mooring ball for your boat to tie to. Please only load/unload on dock as it will get damaged if tied there if there are any waves. The shoreline is rocky but we do swim off our dock. No diving as it is shallow.

Boat from your private dock or drive to Three different amazing towns for fabulous food, night life and fun in Charlevoix, Boyne City, or East Jordan.

Boat or drive towards Charlevoix and Check out the Landings tropical bar on your way near the Ironton ferry where you can dock your boat in their slips and grab a Pina Colada and great meal

Boat out to Lake Michigan from here go Right to Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, or Petoskey

***the driveway has parking for two cars max. The front yard cannot be parked on so if you have a boat trailer it will not be able to be stored on the property. Ask us about extra space for this if needed ****

Your Safety Matters:

The Champagne Chalet is Just Minutes by boat or car to Downtown East Jordan. Check out the Foundry, Marty’s on Main and other up and coming night life. Conveniently located right on the main road of M66 so there can be some road noise. The House sits about 20 ft from the main road so it has a fenced in back yard on the lake side as well.

Also, this property features 2 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is near the side door facing the entrance and driveway, and 1 camera is on the back corner of the house facing the backyard and boat dock. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They do actively record video and sound

20 minutes to Boyne Mountain
1 hour to traverse city for wine tasting, golf, or amazing restaurant

Lake Charlevoix Gem

Was up north for work and didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked, but it was enjoyed every minute we could! Beautiful home in a beautiful location, we will definitely rent again if we’re in the area!

Fourth of July Getaway

Staying in East Jordan was great! This quiet little arm of Lake Charlevoix was a fantastic spot to enjoy both Charlevoix and Boyne City. The house is adorable, and was very comfortable and cozy. The house had many amenities we enjoyed, including the dock, fire pit, Traeger, and corn hole. There were some minor things that could have been improved on, but overall it was a great getaway.

Fall Break

We stayed here with one of our teen sons over Fall Break and enjoyed the house very much! It was very clean and well stocked. The property manager was very prompt in responding to our questions throughout our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Incredible place on the lake

This property is a gem. Beautiful place on the lake with outstanding views. Not a far drive to the ski resort. The place was so nicely decorated and furnished. Robert, the property owner was so helpful and very responsive. He made us feel so welcome with all the extra touches . Loved this place so much that I hope to return in the summer.

Great cottage

The chalet was perfect for our family of 7.I wanted a nice place to stay with my daughter while everyone was gone skiing. The house was clean & cozy! The kitchen had everything we needed. Great view of the Lake. We were right in the middle for being able to go to Boyne & Nubs Knob for skiing! We will definitely be back! Thank ~you for letting us use stay at your cottage!

Great getaway

We spent 4th of July weekend with our friends and our children! The house was just right. Plenty of sleeping space.. we were able to rent boats, jet skis and tubes. Kids fishes everyday and we relaxed by the bonfire. Simple drive to downtown Charlevoix and boyne! Really cute touches throughout the house!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the stay here. Very comfortable and clean. Amazing location. We had a family of 6 plus our baby and we did not feel cramped at any point. Owner communication was outstanding! Pros: -3 levels in house -Backyard area -View of the lake -cleanliness -Owner Communication Cons: -only 2 bathrooms. (Main level and upstairs). No bathroom in basement.

Amazing Stay

This property is amazing! It is in a nice location with beautiful lake views! Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The sheets and towels were high quality. The kitchen was well stocked. Even through it was cold out we enjoyed being on the lake and being able to use the outdoor grill. The gas fireplace made the cottage very cozy during the cool evenings. The owner was great to work with and was always quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!

Cheeriest chalet is champagne chalet on lake charlevoix

Our family of ten stayed at at champagne chalet for the weekend of skiing and snowboarding at nearby Boyne Mountain. The home easily accommodated all of us. The commute to Boyne was easy and short (11 miles). Beds were extremely comfortable or we were all super tired after days of skiing (I believe, both) because we slept wonderfully. We woke to gorgeous sunlight streaming in the wall of windows and swans floating past. I would definitely recommend for the family/friends getaway.

Great lake location and home

The house is in a great location. Super close (walking distance) to boat, jet ski and water trampoline rentals. The kids loved the public beach which was just a short drive, less than a mile. The house met all of our needs, 3 adults and 2 kids 12 years and under. The house had everything we needed and has some great restaurant choices that were also close to the location. The Landing and The Foundry are great family restaurants to visit while in the area without having to go into Downtown Charlevoix. We did visit Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Petoskey during the visit. All within an easy drive.

Perfect lakeside retreat for R&R

Had a fantastic time at The Champagne Chalet for our 7th annual girl trip to northern Michigan! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked lakeside cottage that is very tastefully decorated and makes you feel very cozy. Comfortable beds, provided bathroom essentials and fluffy bath towels - these owners really thought of everything to make your stay great! Also they were very accessible and responsive to any questions or requests we had! Of all of the places our group has stayed over the years, this has been our favorite!!! We loved being on the lake itself, in a well stocked kitchen so we could cook most of our meals, near a boat rental place to provide fun on the water. Even on our rainy day, there were low y of games and movies available via their smart TV. Highly recommend the Champagne Chalet!

Family vacation

The Champagne Chalet was extremely well appointed and had everything we were looking for! We had two small families meet for a week of fun and relaxation. We enjoyed time on Lake Charlevoix along with other day trips to nearby towns. There is so much to do, all in the surrounding areas. We rented a boat, some jet skis and a floating trampoline at Summertime Rentals, which is so convenient (about 4 docks down-easy to walk to). We enjoyed dinners at The Barrel Back restaurant in Walloon Lake, the Foundry in East Jordan, and the Landing on Lake Charlevoix. We brought our own paddle boards and had many chances to use these right out back. The house is very clean and cute! We would highly recommend!!! I can also see this being a perfect place to go in the winter to take advantage of the nearby skiing and all that northern Michigan has to offer!!!!

Would do this vacation all over again!!

The Champagne Chalet is exactly as listed. We stayed for 10 days with 10 adults and the sleeping space and living areas were just what we expected. The outdoor covered area facing the lake and picnic table were perfect for eating and playing games outside. The house was very clean and the communication with the property owner was spot on. The kitchen was well stocked and the welcoming snacks etc were a very nice touch to start our vacation with family. Would highly recommend renting a tri-toon from Summertime Rentals just 4 properties down shore from the house. Very professional and set a mooring right in front of the house. We were able to eat on our pontoon at The Landing just a 20 minute water drive toward the larger part of Lake Charlevoix. We took the pontoon to Charlevoix and docked to do a little shopping and get ice cream. We walked the 2 mile walk to Iron Goat Coffee many times as well as got ice cream at Marty's Grille which was great for the price! We took a couple day trips (less than hour drive) to Petoskey, Boyne City and Harbor Springs as well. We golfed at Mallard Golf Club and would recommend as well - very well maintained and friendly. Only two vehicles can park at the house but the property owner gave us an address 1.5 miles away to park additional vehicles which was very accommodating. We would do this vacation all over again!!!
