Caution!! Spend your vacation here and you might not want to leave.!! Beautifull 4 bedroom, 3 full bath house with stunning views from the private rooftop deck. Every amenity you could want or need including full kitchen, washer/dryer, central ac, gas grill and plenty of room for the whole family. Rental includes 8 beach badges. Approximately 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk and within short walking distance to all area attractions. Don't forget to check the amenities list to prepare for your trip.

The house was very clean. I just think the fact that bringing sheets and pillowcases was kind of much for the price and the fees were a little high for garbage and remotes, etc. it was a beautiful house and it was nice.

The house was okay but the neighborhood was terrible. Very loud music playing, people yelling late at night while walking home from the bar’s waking us up at night.

I wish I could have rated a 4 1/2. This is a lovely property. Very clean with nice furnishings and decorations. Location was great. Parking for 3 worked well. Loved the outdoor shower! So, why not a 5? The supplies were an issue for us. We have rented other properties the last two years and they both supplied linens. Having to bring those added to all that needs to be packed for a shore vacation. There were no sheets or towels. We happen to have a king bed at home but how many people do? There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes but other areas were lacking. Again, these were available at the other locations. There was no dishwasher detergent, no cleaning products, no foil or such, no trash bags! There was no grater, no colander and the largest bowl was cereal size. We really liked the house but the lack of supplies had us running to the store frequently. It wouldn't take much to make this house a 5.

Beautiful beach house!

The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It was just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

What a great property! We traveled with a large group (2 adults, 8 kids ranging 6-19yo) and had plenty of room for everyone.As listed, just over 2 blocks from the beach so the walk wasn't too bad - we brought a beach wagon with us which was a lifesaver for packing towels, cooler, etc!Includes beach passes which is fantastic.Newer property it appears and was well kept and very clean.No problems with the surrounding neighborhood and felt very comfortable letting our teenagers walk down to the beach/boardwalk on their own.We did not utilize the grill or do much cooking so cannot really comment on how well appointed those are -but did appear to have any necessary basic cooking supplies available.There were some decent restaurants within walking distance and of course, all sorts of indulgences to enjoy on the boardwalk!Things I always wish people would comment on in reviews, in order to plan accordingly!:-If someone in your party has hip or knee issues, the stairs may pose a small challenge.-Beds are definitely more on the firm side-Pillows are fairly thin standard size pillows on all beds (bring your own if need more support!)-Listing mentions to bring your own linens...I personally did not realize this is Jersey talk (?) that includes towels as well!I scrambled last minute to rent bath/kitchen towels to be delivered which thankfully is a pretty easy process and there are plenty of local rental companies nearbyWould definitely return and overall highly recommend

Convenient for All Ages

The house is well maintained and as described. The proximity to the boardwalk allowed for visiting friends with kids of all ages to have something to do.

Perfect place

A brand new well decorated place with lots of amenities - we had great time with our son and daughter and their family. Nice balconies and Terrace with outdoor furniture. we will consider this place again for future visits and recommend to friends and families.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful house, close to the beach, boardwalk & bars/restaurants. There was enough space to comfortably accommodate everyone in my group. Love the added beach passes for easy access to the beach during operating hours. Kim quickly answered any questions I had, would definitely stay again!

Great House. Great Location

The house was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the boardwalk and rides. Plenty of room for our family. Balconies on each level and the roof top has a perfect view of the sunset. Kim was quick to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful time.

Amazing stay

Just got back from our week at the Jersey Shore. This house was perfect for our family and friends . We were there for a dance competition so we had 4 moms and a bunch of kids. The house is very clean and big! It is in the perfect location. Walking distance to boardwalk and beach but just far enough away that it isn’t noisy and rowdy. The roof top terrace was beautiful and we really enjoyed watching the sunset every night. Check in and out process was super easy as well. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at the Jersey Shore.

Great stay

Property was clean, enjoyable, within walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the boardwalk. Overall very nice time. The only advice I have is to bring hangers too if you are like us and like to unpack everything. Plenty of closet space for everything just no dressers to put clothes in and not enough hangers. I have smaller children so the shelf in the closet is too high for them to reach. The balconies were excellent and even the outdoor spaces were very clean! Definitely recommended staying there!
