Hermosa construcción del nuevo edificio!

Hermosa casa de nueva construcción. Esta casa completamente amueblada es Océano Block y sólo momentos a pie de la playa y el paseo marítimo. La familia orientó barrio y sólo un hermoso lugar para relajarse y descansar!
La casa tiene (todas las nuevas) 5 habitaciones, 3 baños completos y dormirán cómodamente de 10 a 12. Impresionante para familias grandes.
Cómodamente. Lavadora / secadora en el segundo nivel del suelo para dormir. Foodstore y CVS local y otras comodidades tales como restaurantes y alturas de la playa, a pocos pasos de distancia - pero lo suficientemente lejos de la paz y la tranquilidad en el ajetreo.
No hay alquileres de fiesta.

Our family had a great stay! 5 bedrooms, three full baths, outside shower, well equipped kitchen and off street parking for 3-4 vehicles. Close to Ortley beach(beach block). Walkable 5-6 blocks to the boardwalk at Seaside. Open air outside lower area for grilling and family gathering. Our host Alexis was very responsive.

Great Jersey Shote Getaway!

We stayed in Alexis’ house over the July 4th weekend and really enjoyed this property! She was incredibly communicative, easily accessible and ensured we had a great time. We had 6 adults, a toddler and an infant with PLENTY of space - this house would be fabulous for a large group as 3 of the rooms had multiple sleeping arrangements to accommodate more people comfortably. I don’t believe the pictures really do this place justice, it’s way more spacious than it looks and the rooms are a great size! We also really enjoyed the outside area, we put the string lights on under the house at night and all relaxed around the table catching up. The location to the beach is unmatched and even though the weekend of the 4th was crazy down the shore, Ortley is a cute and family friendly spot. When Alexis asked for feedback, I did share that we had to do some spot cleaning upon arrival as it wasn’t as clean as we expected but it truly did not hinder our experience and could be easily fixed by having the cleaners do a one time deep wipe down! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends!

Everything was just perfect

The owner was so communicative. Checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but steps from the beach and a very short walk to the Boardwalk so we never moved the car.

Great home on ocean block

The house is just minutes from the ocean beach and Alexis has been great in helping with any questions at anytime. The open space living room kitchen was great for gathering all family in one place, and the house interior looks all new and is immaculate. Outdoor space and seating in the yard and under the house is just great and has more chairs and a grill than you can ever use. Alexis also has beach gear you can use and the outdoor shower is so convenietnt. Definitely a 5 Star rating and looking forward to coming back next year

The house was in a great location , comfortable living space and great outdoor space. I came with my children, their spouses & 5 grandchildren. My only suggestion would be to upgrade a few of the mattresses & replenish some kitchen basics ( bowls, platters) I definitely recommend this house!

Perfect For Families

Alexis was a pleasure to rent from. She got back to me right away to answer any questions that came up. The house was spectacular. The pictures did not do it justice. We were six adults and five children. My husband and I stayed downstairs in one of the two masters which was great because my son and his family and my daughter and her family slept upstairs where there was an additional 5 bedrooms and two full bathrooms plenty of room for everyone. The house was a perfect location a half a block from the beach which made it very convenient to run back to the house to use the bathroom etc. We were close enough to walk to the Seaside Heights boardwalk and walk to stores and not to far from miniature golf and ice cream lol. Downstairs under the house was a great outdoor space where there was an outdoor shower, tables to eat on and for the kids to play. It was the perfect house for my family. I hope to rent it again .

Fantastic for extended family

The house is beautiful and even larger than we expected. The area underneath the house was great for outdoor meals. Plenty of parking on the property and street parking was also easy to find. The owners were friendly and helpful. The area is perfect for all ages. Close to everything but still a quiet street. We are already planning a return trip!

Great Week in gorgeous home close to beach

My family and I had the best time down the shore. The house was gorgeous...very clean, updated home and close to the beach. The owner was great to work with. She was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. The whole experience was easy and I look forward to renting from her again in the future. I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect beach stay!

Don’t know where to begin. The house was perfect, the owner is so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Quick and easy walk to the boardwalk. The house was clean, roomy and easily accommodated our party of 8. Could have accommodated much more. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Location. Great Property. Great Owner!

From the moment our reservation was accepted, it was clear that this owner cared deeply about her guests' experience. Alexis talked to us about our group and what we expected from the vacation and she was correct when she said that our family would absolutely love this property. We did. The location is perfect. The property is half a block from the beach. So, it is close enough for a quick walk, but far enough away to avoid the noise from the crowds. Also, the property is only a few blocks from the boardwalk. Again, a perfect walk but still quiet and lovely at night. The home has so many great features. From the two outdoor showers where we could happily rinse off after a day at the beach to the many books, games, beach accoutrements and well-stocked seasonings and utensils and kitchen appliances for every possible need. The house also had plenty of towels and liquid soap and shampoo and any item you might need for the beach. There were toys for children, beach towels, beach bags, a wheeled carry all, a beach umbrella, stroller and many items for parents to care for young children. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for a large, extended family. The teenagers and young adults very much enjoyed the social space underneath the house, where they could relax, have refreshments and spend time away from the older adults. There was also lots of room for vehicles. We could have fit at least four cars on the property, which was great since the street parking does gets filled up during the day. The house was very nicely decorated with lots of handmade items that were charming and gave its a very homey feel. The open floor plan allowed our family to interact while cooking and playing games. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The photos are 100% accurate and the house is even lovelier in person. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and needs and just a pleasure in terms of communication and assistance. Our family very much enjoyed our stay and we would love to come to this beautiful home again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We hated to leave.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

This place has everything you need including comfy beds, perfect place to relax and amenities galore. The home was clean and owners clearly take pleasure in making the home feel like vacation with all of the cute decor and conveniences like beach badges, outdoor shower, games etc. It’s also in the perfect location walkable to Seaside Heights, Barnacle Bills, Bakeries, restaurants and shops. We’d rent here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location

The house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. Lots of room and a nice area under the house to entertain. Would definitely recommend.

Unsure but then Verified—AAA!!

When all others would deny me Alexis took a chance. As anyone would be, Alexis was hesitant about having a bunch of late teens along for the trip but after a convo on the phone she decided to take a chance with us. There were 2 of us in our 50’s and 10 young adults under 21 to Celebrate my daughter’s graduation. This house had all the essentials and was very well stocked. The house seemed well maintained and it was clean and ready upon arrival. Check-in was a Breeze and we spent 4 nights and Loved every minute of it. The description on the listing although accurate doesn’t tell the story quite enough. The pantry was well stocked with some essential ingredients, plenty of utensils and dishware and quite to my surprise there was quite an abundance or toilet paper and paper towels as well. The house was well decorated and everything was operational. When not at the Beach or The Boardwalk we spent alot of the time in either the Kitchen, Den or under the House and the ‘Kids’ Loved having that space away from us older folks. No Neighbor complaints even though at times the Music may’ve been loud and more than enough parking for 3+ Vehicles. If I needed to come back here as a group I’d book this house again in a second. My only wish was that the house was a little bit closer to the boardwalk but I knew this coming in. Thank you Alexis for making this time with my daughter and friends a memory that will last forever.

Ideal family spot on the Jersey shore

Couldn’t really ask for anything more for our July 4th experience. Everything was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 very young kids (0-3 years old). Beach is 3 minute walk from the house and the boardwalk is 10 minutes. You get the best of both worlds with just the right amount of quiet with the proximity to the action of seaside heights. Alexis was very communicative and had no issues with an early check in. Even though we couldn’t get a late checkout, she did what she could to help us out. Overall, would recommended this place in a heartbeat and will definitely consider going back. Thanks!

Just literally a minute walk to Ocean and lots of other things to do within a short walking distance, yet the street is secluded enough for peace and quiet when you are at home.

Miniature golf, ice cream, seafood, sandwich places, ocean, bay, biking, walking, shopping. Safe beautiful area.
