Central location

We had a great stay and enjoyed everything about the home and the Villages. We rented a golf cart to get around and could get to both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter quite easily. We added a few days and Kamran was very accommodating and responsive.

Nice house.

Decent place to stay. It’s furnished but little else. No frills. It’s on the water but you can only see the water from master bedroom window. We were hardly there so it served our purpose as an alternative to two hotel rooms for friends. Overflow parking and the HVAC unit is right outside second bedroom window.

Colleges in January

Great place to stay, very clean! Check in was excellent. We arrived early and allowed to check in early which was a huge bonus! No issues getting our guest passes for the colleges. Would stay again

Good way to visit The Villages

We were visiting relatives that had moved to The Villages. The main issue we had was that due to a snafu the place hadn’t been cleaned from the previous tenant. The owner was responsive and apologetic and a cleaning service was immediately dispatched but it did change our plans for the first day so I have to deduct a star. Otherwise no complaints

Very Happy with This Place

The place was perfect for us. We got to enjoy the flavor of the Villages from this very clean and well maintained property. The owner arranged for us to get ID's which turned outed to be instrumental in getting in one of the rec centers to play pickleball. We enjoyed various town centers and recreation centers.

Great location and host

The concerns we had were promptly addressed. The host was always responsive. Loved looking at the water and birds from the bedroom windows. Location was very convenient. Great place to experience The Villages and Spanish Springs Square. Highly recommend paying the $50 fee for access to the Sport Pools.

Perfect holiday stay

Great property...quiet, clean, bedrooms nice size and very comfortable pullout couches as well with plenty of pillows, linens and towels. Easy place to stay and close to many attractions. Perfect for our visit to The Villages.

Amazing place and host!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Karl was great about keeping in touch. Everything was amazing. We would recommend this place to anyone. A big thank you to our wonderful host for making sure we had a perfect place to stay!!

Good stay. Unit was as advertised. Owner was very helpful with one small problem. TV's in bedrooms would have been nice. TV in living room difficult to get local channels. A GPS is very helpful to find location. The Villages is large.

We wanted "The Villages," experience

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and were completely happy with the accommodations. The home is lovely and has EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you need. He has a fully set-up kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans and a very nice T.V. We had the pleasure of meeting Karl and his wife and the are wonderful people. I would stay here again.
