This house is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location! Close to the arts district restaurants, it’s in a beautiful historic neighborhood, and so easy to get to the city. The house is well equipped for a comfortable stay and we also really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub after long days at a golf tournament. Highly recommend The Allison House for anyone staying in Dallas!

Amazing stay

Our family loved staying here. The house was beautiful and very comfortable in a great neighborhood close to everything. The property managers were amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Long Weekend Dallas R&R

My wife and I needed to be in Dallas for a Christmas party and decided to stay over for a couple of extra days. The AllisonHouseTX was exactly what we needed. Location was great. House has been very nicely renovated. Pool and hot tub are completely private so it’s a perfect couples getaway.

Beautiful home for our whole family to enjoy!

The Allison House was the perfect fit for our family of six! Cozy beds, great gathering spaces, and an awesome pool with hot tub! We enjoyed an amazing week in Dallas, but always enjoyed coming back to what felt like a warm & welcoming home away from home! We were grateful for wonderful restaurant recommendations close by and really loved the neighborhood, nestled close to all the fun of downtown.

Just as described!

We had a great time at the Allison house! Beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. The coffee bar and kitchen were well stocked and the decor was the icing on the cake (it’s super cute). If we ever find ourselves in the Dallas area again I would rebook this place!

Had a great time at the Allison House!

We stayed at the Allison House for three nights. The house was exactly as described on-line. We found our host to be extremely helpful. He answered our inquiries promptly. We all enjoyed the space in the house and that it is in a quiet neighborhood. We spent our time touring. The location is great. We were able to have a few of our family over. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining a small group and there was plenty of space to hang out and play board games. Plus our guests loved the hot tub!We would definitely book again.

Absolutely Fantastic Dallas Getaway

Our stay at this VRBO in Dallas was nothing short of perfect! The home itself is absolutely beautiful, clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. It provided a comfortable and stylish retreat after exploring the city.The location was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do in Dallas. We were close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to get around.What truly stood out was the exceptional communication with the owner. They were incredibly responsive, providing all the information we needed promptly and making the entire process seamless. They were also very accommodating and genuinely caring, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay.Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus, providing peace of mind and convenience. The neighborhood felt very safe and secure, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time without worry.And finally, the great hot tub and heated pool were the icing on the cake! Whether it was unwinding after a long day in the hot tub or enjoying a refreshing dip in the heated pool, these amenities added an extra layer of luxury and relaxation to our vacation.We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fantastic and stress-free stay in Dallas. Family weekend

This house is gorgeous and so clean. We had the best time staying at this property. They have done a really great job with even the smallest details for the guests. The backyard is under construction with a pool being placed. It will be even more lovely once that is done.

Perfect location for Convention Center

This house was perfect for a group of 4 business travellers. Each room had it's own bathroom and we had the perfect amount of space so that we each had privacy but could still enjoy the common areas. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were perfect. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to the Convention Center and very convenient to great restaurants.

Love the Allison House

The house feels so clean, bright, modern, and homelike. It suited our needs perfectly and plan to stay here every time we come to Dallas. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Melissa is very helpful and quick to respond which, if you have stayed at other rental houses you know how important that is. We have stayed at many rentals over the years and the Allison house stands out above them all. You will know what I mean when you are there. I hope everyone treats the house with respect and it stays just as it is for a long time!
