A balcony inspired by a Japanese Zen garden that prioritizes comfort and peace. Our guests can enjoy all the comforts of home, along with amazing features and amenities in a stylish and coveted setting.

The Space:
As you arrive, ample street parking awaits, and should you desire, a convenient carport is at your disposal. Enter through the side entrance, just around the corner from our driveway, and prepare to embark on a journey of pure bliss.

Spanning a generous 4300 square feet, this spacious and luminous haven offers an open and airy layout that effortlessly accommodates up to 14 people. High ceilings elevate your senses, striking a perfect balance between expansive roominess and cozy intimacy.

Now, let's talk amenities! We've left no stone unturned in ensuring your utmost comfort. From the essentials like an iron, blow dryer, towels, and soap, to the thoughtful extras including napkins, a high chair, pack & play, and even oxygen (yes, we go above and beyond!). Your needs are our top priority.

Ellum House is truly captivating, so much so that you may find yourself longing to extend your stay indefinitely. We've had guests ask—just kidding! (But seriously, it's that amazing.)

FIRST FLOOR: YOGA STUDIO & BEDROOMS

As you step inside, be greeted by our indoor zen garden and yoga studio, setting the tone for tranquility. The adjacent kitchenette, fully stocked with beverages, invites you to indulge as you begin your exploration. A large sliding door leads you to the inviting pool area. To the left, discover two welcoming bedrooms. The corridor reveals a queen-size bed on the right, and a large shared bathroom on the left, while a seamless wood-paneled door conceals a hidden gem—a king-size jr master suite with a spacious walk-in closet and a private patio with pool view, where relaxation takes on a whole new meaning.

A washer and dryer are also available behind our hidden door to the left of the kitchenette. Simply push the door on the right to open. Washing detergent is made available.

Step out onto the balcony and soak in the stunning city view. Our rocking chair is a favorite along with a couch that accommodates a smaller group.

Conveniently located off the kitchen corridor, you'll find a refreshing powder room where you can rejuvenate and freshen up.

THIRD FLOOR: GAME ROOM

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and property, except for two locked owners' closets. Entry to the premises is granted through a keypad on the front gate and front door. A unique code will be provided in your check-in email, ensuring a seamless and secure arrival process.

The Neighborhood:
The home is in the neighborhood of Deep Ellum on a quiet street with homes and local nonprofits. The location is central to Uptown, Arts District, Downtown, Deep Ellum, and a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and parks in the area.

We're conveniently located a block away from Tom Thumb if you want to pick up groceries.

Getting Around:
We offer private parking in our carport or in the driveway. We can accommodate up to 2 cars (sedans or small SUVs). There's also plenty of street parking that is just as convenient. We're also a block away from DART which can take you almost anywhere in the city.

Other Things to Note:
Now, a friendly heads up. Ellum House spans multiple floors, offering a grandeur that includes stairs. So, if stairs aren't your cup of tea, we'll kindly suggest exploring other options in our remarkable area.
