Cozy property, a short walk to a lake front beach.

Cozy-up with your partner, family, or friends at this peaceful oasis. You'll be amazed by the clean and fully stocked home away from your home. Upon entry, a pool table awaits, with two bedrooms across the hall from each other. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette/laundry room on the entrance floor. The top floor features an executive master suite with an en suite bathroom, a pristine kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room area with a fireplace.
This house can sleep up-to 8 guests however, there is an extra $50 fee per guest after the first 2 guests.

Lovely place! Incredibly well stocked kitchen and pantry. We enjoyed the fire place. She got our girls very cute welcome gifts. Excellent communication and service.

Cozy house near the lake

This was a great house for our needs. Master bedroom upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs. Our adult kids came and they had privacy downstairs while we had our space upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked for any type of cooking. T.V's were all equipped for streaming. There were T.V's in every room. Nice playroom for kids and a pool table for the adults. The hosts were very readable for communication and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Clean and well equipped lovely property

We enjoyed two nights at this home. Of all of the rentals I've stayed at, historically, it was the most well-equipped and cleanest. Both were very much valued. It is obvious that the owners care very much about this home and make it ready for guests with that same level of care. Thank you for making our getaway so comfortable by offering such a beautiful property.

It felt like home

This place was very spacious and a home feel. We were only there for a short period because we all came in for a funeral. It was very clean and very comfortable. The owner of the home is very honorable. I am not going to get into all the details, but I just want to say it is still some very decent honest people out there. Thanks Karol for making our stay very pleasant.

Lovely Easter Weekend!

My adult children and I stayed here for Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beach was a short walk away and there was a view of the lake from the beautiful deck on the house. The home has absolutely everything anyone could need. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable. There were tv's for watching racing and a very nice selection of family games. The bed in the master was sooo comfortable! And the kids enjoyed being on the lower level. Communication with our host was excellent and quick. I really appreciated that. am grateful to have been able to enjoy such a lively home. ha had every appliance imaginableis

Lake Of the Woods

First and foremost Karol is Awesome!!! Communication with any comments, questions, concerns was easy and painless and a wealth of local information was available if asked!!! The house was really done up nicely, clean and organized. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Karol for everything you did for me and my family and staying in total communication!

July 4th Weekend

Karol’s property was exceptionally well-maintained and fully stocked with everything we needed. The community beach was only a 5-minute walk from the house, and the location was very central to everything in the area. Karol was also very easy to reach via text or the VRBO app, making our stay even more convenient.

Karol is a fabulous host. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place is spotless, well equipped, and extremely well organized. Clear to me that she is committed to making sure her guests really enjoy their stays. In addition to the lake and the pool house, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area. Virginia now boasts many world class wineries. If wine isn’t your thing, there are many breweries and distilleries to choose from. If you are up for physical activity you can kayak or board on the lake. Or you can find great hiking nearby or not far away in Shenandoah National Park. And if you like quaint old towns, well, there are plenty to visit nearby. Karol’s place is a great base for enjoying the many options.

Best host ever!!!

This property is beautiful!! Love that it is just a few minutes walk to the beach, but not right outside our door (my grandson is autistic and drawn to the water). We celebrated Thanksgiving here and it was perfect. Karol made sure we had everything we need for a wonderful meal! Will look for this property again with future stays.

Don't Miss This One!!

We have rented from VRBO many, many times, all over the Seattle area and now in Virginia. This home is the cleanest, best-stocked rental house we've ever stayed in! The communication with our host, Karol, was the best we've ever had with any host or property mgnt company ever. It was quiet and nicer than I can describe. What is apparent is that Karol has furnished and provided this home with EVERYTHING one could possibly need and then some. The proof is in the details. It's beautiful, and we had one of the best weekends we've had in a long time. Please check this one out!

Super Fun Weekend

We stayed here for the Labor Day weekend and had a blast. It was our first time at Lake of the Woods and the house was perfect for our family. The teens could walk to the beach or go to the pool during the day and enjoy a fire in the pit at night. Great weekend and we would stay here again!

This home was fully equipped as if you were in your own home including kitchen & bathroom staples. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Karol was readily available to answer any questions. Quiet neighborhood & close to a beautiful lake.

Life is precious, and we should cherish every moment we have with loved ones. Working in Washington, DC for several years, I needed a getaway spot; this lake community is the perfect place for those in big cities who want an escape for some peace and quiet. Because I feel blessed by God, I would like to share our family's vacation home with others, to enjoy Virginia's beautiful relaxing gems away from the daily grind. Come with your partner, or as a family for some good Rest and Recuperation (R&R).

Anyone who knows me will say that I am OCD/a clean freak! I have always disinfected my home (even before COVID-19) doorknobs, switches, remote controls all get wiped down! There is always a bottle or 2 of Clorox and other germ-killing sprays. Hence, this house is exceptionally clean, and you will appreciate the personal touches, from considerations for those with young kids (toys, kids cutlery, books, wagon, etc.); to teenagers (Pool table, X-box one); to adults wanting a completely private space for themselves in a master-suite with a spa-like bathtub.
