## Logement
Located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment includes: a sleeping area with a double bed; a functional bathroom with a shower; a fully equipped kitchen; and a dining area with a table and chairs. You will especially appreciate its peaceful atmosphere and practicality.
During your stay, you can enjoy Wi-Fi, a fan, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and much more. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.
The location is a real advantage: the metro station (line 8) is right at the foot of the building; a Franprix supermarket is just 400 m away for your daily shopping; and the neighborhood is full of bars and restaurants.
Nearby, you can explore: Bastille Square, just a 10-minute walk; the Louvre Museum, 15 minutes by bus; Notre-Dame Cathedral, 20 minutes away; the Luxembourg Gardens, 25 minutes away; and many other must-see attractions.

Apart from the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs. The Coulée Verte, or green corridor, near Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads of Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railroad line that carried goods to the Port d'Arsenal.
