• Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM sharp ($50/hr fee for early/late)
• No refunds for weather, power outages, or natural events (travel insurance recommended)
• Starter Pack Provided: dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, sponge, & K-cups (Not Provided: shampoo, toiletries, condiments, ground coffee, charcoal, etc.)
• Trash disposal: bag all trash & secure in bear-proof containers by driveway
• Roads: paved all the way; AWD/4WD may be needed in rare snow scenario

NO this is not a 5 star stay! We have stayed in Gatlinburg a dozen times and this is by far the worst place we have been to.I am the one that does the footwork and planning for our vacations, and I am embarrased that this is what I chose. That leak has been happening for quite some time as is evidenced the stains and trails and shape of the wood the water is running through. One of the major things we look for is a nice game room-THIS is not as shown in pics,they must be very old! The pool table and the shuffleboard table are unuseable--only 3 useable darts--rickety chairs--we never played any games!!! The stone facing is falling off all over the house-the steps --the fireplace--the bar--the kitchen!! The outdoor furniture does not look as it did in the picks cushions and pillows and rugs are alll dingy and filthy. There arre less furnishings and they also are very rickety. 1 annoyance is there are no storage bowls. The TV in lower room only worked because I brought my own Roku. The icemaker does not work. The outside and the perimeter of the house needs sprucing up -trimming is needed -just looks unmaintained and rundown. Windows full of cobwebs. Apparently your caretakers need more care. We would have never stayed here had we seen the actual current house pics.

This was a great property to stay at! Centrally located and easy drive to town of Gatlinburg. Lots of space to spread out! The hot tub was nice at night, plus the added game tables. The kitchen was great to cook food and we used the charcoal grill often. The view was beautiful of course, and a family of bears lived right by the deck, so we saw them everyday!! JP was very responsive and i would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families

This property was set up perfectly for our group. The lower level had two bedrooms for us and our 4 kids and the top level had a master for my parents. The kids loved the game room. The flat driveway/parking made getting in and out easy. This location is ideal for accessing GSMNP and was a two minute drive to two of the different pools/clubhouses you have access to.

Great Cabin

The Cabin location was awesome. Also, the cabin was equipped to entertain adults and kids. The kids wanted to stay and enjoy the cabin just as much as exploring the area. The owner is great on speedy responses. The beds were very comfy!

Great location and overall nice stay

Location was perfect to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The description and owner communication were great. Overall the cabin was very nice.Would have given 5 stars if there property weren’t showing some simple cosmetic wear (for example some missing stone tile on fireplace, stairs and island and aging leather sofas). But most of all had difficulty sleeping in one of the bedrooms with 12 windows and no coverings. Room was flooded with light at 6am. May not be an issue for you. But be aware.

A little disappointed in our stay

I was so excited to book this cabin, the pictures looked incredible. When we got to the cabin we checked downstairs where my six year old son would be sleeping, the window was broken and held closed with a stick. We had to search for something else to put in the window to hold it shut. I was terrified a bear would get in. The tiles on both the island and the stairs were broken and falling off. The outside of the cabin was not as nice as the pictures (not a big deal) but when you’re paying this much for a cabin, I expect it to look exactly like the photos. We have stayed in several other cabins that were around this price and were blown away by the quality. The dish soap was clearly mixed with water and shaken so bring your own. The downstairs bedroom has no blinds. Overall I didn’t sleep well out of fear of a bear coming in through the window where my son was sleeping and I thought it was super outdated. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great stay in the mountains!

The place was just as advertised! Beautiful and spacious for our group. The entry into the cabin has no stairs which is a bonus. Owner responded quickly when messaged and very accommodating. We would stay again for sure!

Cabin 5 min from downtown Gatlinburg

The cabin was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg! Beautiful cabin. Lovely little touches like stained glass windows. The property managers were responsive and gave great recommendations and directions. Beautiful kitchen, breathtaking high ceilings in bedrooms, and very spacious for mutiple families. Spacious showers. The only real issue for us was not due to the cabin. Across the street a cabin had a large loud group staying there and the noise was disruptive at bedtime on our last night. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom was on the firmer side—my husband loved this but might not be comfortable for those that need a softer mattress.

Spacious and clean

The house provided everything we needed for our staycation. Owners communicated promptly and effectively. The house is spacious and clean, close to main attractions, and easy to find via navigation. Pool table was a huge bonus for our teenagers and Disney+ was perfect for our little guy!

Christmas Vacation 🎄 at Cabina Rossa!

We honestly had a magical experience for our Christmas holiday! 🎅🎄JP did a great job communicating from the get go and throughout our trip! We researched for weeks before deciding on a property and I’m so glad we picked out Cabina Rossa! Location was fabulous and the view from the cabin would be hard to beat! Close to downtown but also high up the mountain and neighbors were not right on top of us… We saw a bear on day two and he hung out for hours! Lots of happy kids and we took some great pics! A few days later we had a group of 4 black bears across the street! Definitely my kids favorite memories! We did lots of family favorite meals throughout our stay and we brought many amenities from home to help out. The kitchen is well equipped for the basics, but glad we took the time to plan and make sure we had what we needed. There were six of us and plenty of space!! Most often we cozied up by the fire place working on puzzles or gathered together playing games at the kitchen table!!! Hot tub was fun in the evenings and the deck views never get old!! Highly recommend booking your stay at Cabina Rossa!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Amazing cabin, close to everything

This cabin is a perfect combination of being nestled privately on the side of the mountain while being only a 5-minute drive to Gatlinburg. Everything was as advertised, a 5-star experience, plenty of room, the layout was perfect. Our 15th year straight and this was our best cabin yet!! Oh yeah, a family of 4 bears pass by often.... For those of you that have been to this area, the parking area was huge, with room for 5 or more vehicles easily, not like most others with a very small parking area, it is also right off the road, so no steep private drive to climb.
