Welcome to paradise at Quartz Sandz! Our newly listed, remodeled condo is located on the ground floor of the Maravilla Resort inside unit 1112. This condo provides easy access via the beach ramp to the Maravilla's 500ft of private deeded beach on the Gulf of America. Enjoy all of the comforts of home during your stay us!

Tasteful nautical decor perfectly captures the surrounding landscape, while a large glass sliding door provides ample natural light. You'll find the cozy living room, complete with a queen-sized murphy bed console and a flat-screen Smart TV with cable. Just a few feet away, the fully equipped kitchen has been stocked with all of the necessities you need for home-cooking. Savor all of your meals around the dining table for 6, with extra seating at the bar for 2!

When you're not relaxing inside, take advantage of the numerous resort amenities at your disposal! Onsite, you'll find 2 pools, 1 year round heated, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a basketball court, outdoor shuffelboard, green space and much more. Additionally, between March and October, you'll enjoy included beach services with 2 chairs and an umbrella. Also available seasonally, kayak, paddleboard, boogie board rentals are available onsite at the beach entrance.

End the day on the the patio where you can relax with plenty of green space and the sounds of the beach a short stroll away.

THE LOCATION

Maravilla is a 33 acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access in Miramar Beach, FL, minutes from Destin. Our condo is roughly 250 steps to get your toes in the sand and enjoy the salt life.

Not only is the private beach within walking distance, but fabulous restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's are just a short walk or bike ride away!

Also extremely close by is the new Dolphin Snorkel Reef - a manmade reef of 60 individual modules arranged in the shape of a Bottlenose dolphin! Make sure to bring along your flippers and snorkel mask to swim with the fish. Located within walking distance just east of our condo at Miramar Beach Regional Beach Access - 49. Prefer fishing? Book a deep sea fishing trip with a local charter like Charter Boat "Outta Line".

Stay ashore for a day of golfing at Emerald Bay Golf Club, and Kelly Plantation, located just behind the resort, or take a short drive to many of the other courses in the area. If you prefer shopping, head over to the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, found roughly 3 miles away. The Destin Commons is also a popular shopping area with incredible eateries, over 75 shops, and fun for the whole family. There's also an AMC Movie Theater!

Other notable attractions include Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track - Destin, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach!

- Beach gear bin on the patio has various miscellaneous beach gear which normally includes a wagon, extra beach chairs, beach toys, grilling utensils, skim boards, and more. If you are looking for more than what is at the condo, Paradise Found and Alvins is just down the street. Stuff is always being added and used but we make sure to keep a wagon there for sure.

- Maravilla Resort community amenities include an oceanfront pool, a year-round heated pools and hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, fitness center, charcoal grills, beach ramp with seasonal beach service with 2 chairs, an umbrella, and attendants (March 15th to October 31st), green play space, on-site ice machine, bicycle parking, beach front bike and jogging paths, and more.
