This house is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

This beautiful oasis boasts a private swimming pool with waterfall June 30, 2022 and beautiful palm trees to lounge under.

The outdoor space boasts a covered porch with dinning and sitting areas, back deck overlooking the back yard and pool, grilling area and outdoor shower. The pool is heated in the Spring and Fall. It is not heated November through February.

Inside this beautiful retreat you will find 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs you have an open concept family room with dining and kitchen.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and backsplash and a table for 8 along with 5 bar stools.

Also on this floor are two bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath with a rain shower.

The three additional bedrooms are as follows: bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen and a set of bunk beds with an optional trundle bed. This new home sleeps 13 people

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had plenty of space for the 5 of us, plus our dog! We had an amazing time enjoying the fenced in yard and the heated pool! The location is perfect. It’s so close to everything. Just a short walk to the beach, which we took every morning to watch the sunrise! Lindsey was great and responded quickly with any questions we had.

Great property! Easy walk to the beach.The yard and pool area are wonderful and safe for both children and pets at play.This was our 3rd year staying here and cannot find another pet welcoming property of this caliber. Great home and great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was amazing. We had my grandkids and great m granddaughter, she is 2. So nice to have the pool right there and when she got tired, you walked right in the house fed her put her down for a nap and then you could come back out to the pool and enjoy it so beautiful home beautiful location two blocks to the beach definitely would book again.

This home is immaculate and everything is up-to-date and in good working order. Lindsey is exceptional. She responds quickly and takes care of everything!We had no problem and no issues. The pool was wonderfully heated and comfortable very aesthetically pleasing backyard that had a bunch of chairs and seating options.I would 100% recommend this place to anybody. Thank you Lindsey for making it such a wonderful day for us!

This spacious house easily accommodated our extended family and pups with a great fenced yard, a wonderful front porch, and a pool that was fantastic for cooling off despite needing some maintenance. The location is close to the beach once you track down the obscure public access paths, though the ocean view is quite limited and currently comes with a front-row view of a new tower under construction. Between a few quirks like a broken kitchen cabinet, enthusiastic local fire ants, and some deferred maintenance, it’s a roomy spot with great potential if you don't mind a few rough edges.

Great home located with a 3 minute walk to the beach. House was clean and fit our family of 9 comfortably! We enjoyed the second level porch for coffee and sunrise in the morning! The highlight of the home is the pool in the large backyard! Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, pool blowups, floaties and towels for use! We grilled out! Walked every evening for ice cream at Mr Gs! Dinner twice at Molly Darcy’s and also walked to play putt putt! Owner Linda was readily available for any questions we had! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

The house was perfect for our vacation with our kids and grandkids. This house is so close to the beach, that we were all able to walk (even the 2 and 3 year old). There was a wagon to use for going to the beach, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and pool toys. We loved having the pool in the back yard! All communication with our host, was friendly and quick. I even asked if she had a photographer that she would recommend in the area and she replied quickly, with a name. The photographer was fantastic! We will definitely book here again!

We had such a great week here! This is the first trip with our senior pups and we couldn’t have been happier with the layout of the house. Also love that this house had two king bedrooms with en suite dual sink bathrooms. It was so clean, we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard, deck and porch, and loved that the beach was just a quick few minutes walk away! We will definitely be back.

We Loved the place!

The property was immaculate - incredibly clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very accessible and friendly. It was a great location - 1 block from the beach; 3km walk to restaurants and shops. We felt very comfortable and at home there and would definitely stay there again.

House was as advertised. Very nice and a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and the fenced yard for our dog was ideal. A few small issues with the house were taken care of promptly by Lindsey.

My husband and I own and manage this property We take excellent care of it. The same couple has been cleaning it for the last 6 years. I am a Physical Therapist and my husband is a computer programmer and web developer with his own business. My husband grew up in Commack, NY and I grew up in Bridgewater NJ. We met as young professionals and soon married and settled down to start a family. We have now been married for 9 years and have 3 wonderful boys ages 7, 4 and 20 months. We love North Myrtle Beach!! This condo has been a dream of ours since meeting in 2007. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Crescent Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is never crowded and very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to drive golf carts all over this area of the beach. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything: Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing, etc....It is a great location!

Well first of all, I am extremely concerned about making sure that when you arrive that everything is clean and in great working order. I would never rent a property that I myself would not love. It takes good organization and planning to keep our property up to our standards. We are very fortunate to have found individuals to clean each property who understand what I expect and whom themselves are clean freaks. I try to pay them what they deserve for all their hard work. (I do not ever use a cleaning service). I stock the kitchen better than my own. I try to provide you with everything you will need when preparing meals for a large group. The covered porch boasts an obstructed view of the ocean.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach towels for your use. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from your front door. I also provide baby items such as a pack n' play, booster seat, high chair and stroller. A secure HS internet service and smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. There is also a new LG top loading washer and dryer. I think we strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible! Please let us know if there is a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you! We do pick up beach wheel chairs for our guests and return them.
