This house is just a 3 minute walk to the beach!

This beautiful oasis boasts a private swimming pool with waterfall June 30, 2022 and beautiful palm trees to lounge under.

The outdoor space boasts a covered porch with dinning and sitting areas, back deck overlooking the back yard and pool, grilling area and outdoor shower. The pool is heated in the Spring and Fall. It is not heated November through February.

Inside this beautiful retreat you will find 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Upstairs you have an open concept family room with dining and kitchen.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and backsplash and a table for 8 along with 5 bar stools.

Also on this floor are two bedrooms including the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a master bath with a rain shower.

The three additional bedrooms are as follows: bedroom 2 has a king bed, bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds, and bedroom 4 has a queen and a set of bunk beds with an optional trundle bed. This new home sleeps 13 people

We had such a great week here! This is the first trip with our senior pups and we couldn’t have been happier with the layout of the house. Also love that this house had two king bedrooms with en suite dual sink bathrooms. It was so clean, we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard, deck and porch, and loved that the beach was just a quick few minutes walk away! We will definitely be back.

Myrtle Beach family vaca

House was very nice and clean and close to the ocean. Host was super responsive too. Perfect for our family (our adult kids and grandkids) and my husband and myself.

North Myrtle Beach

House was as advertised. Very nice and a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and the fenced yard for our dog was ideal. A few small issues with the house were taken care of promptly by Lindsey.

Lindsey’s home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation of 6 adults with our two pups! The house was beautiful, clean, open, and the backyard/ pool area was gorgeous for relaxing outside when not down on the beach. Lindsey’s communication was excellent — she was prompt, flexible (which was HUGE given our trip was scheduled during a potential tropical storm), and genuinely wanted to do whatever she could to help ensure my family had a fun, relaxing and memorable trip together. I cannot recommend this property enough, and I know my family will be back — we can’t wait to stay here again! THANK YOU!!

We Loved the place!

The property was immaculate - incredibly clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very accessible and friendly. It was a great location - 1 block from the beach; 3km walk to restaurants and shops. We felt very comfortable and at home there and would definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous home, wonderful hosts

My family had a wonderful experience at this home in Crescent Beach! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, close to the beach, and just what we needed for some quality time. The oasis-like backyard is special. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, yet there is plenty of fun and great food nearby. A short drive to Myrtle Beach means even more fun! We would love to stay here again!

We LOVED our stay. We are still talking about it. Perfect floor plan for families separate enough to put babies to bed while the adults are enjoying cocktails on the multiple decks. Do not hesitate for the ultimate Myrtle vacation and memories you will talk about for ages. Again perfect house for families. Near the beach for our tween/teens/college age. Pool for our sweet babies and toddlers. Either for the adults. Walked for ice cream every night. Oh how I wish we could own a house like this. Will definitely rebook in the future.

The relaxation we needed

Such a beautiful and perfectly maintained home. Our family was able to relax and unwind from a busy summer to prepare for the upcoming school year. The pool was amazing, the house was perfect for our large family and absolutely beautiful. The homeowner was very friendly and we have ZERO complaints from our stay, what a great week! I can not wait to visit again in a couple years!!!!

Top notch everything! The pool was amazing and my pups loved the fenced in yard. The priavacy fence was nice since the neighbors are close. The owers gave thought to everything. Beach chairs and wagons. Extra pool towels. Kitched had great pans to cook with. Easy & fast walk to the beach. We would rent again.

Beautiful house

This home is beautiful and has everything you need. It was the perfect place for our family trip. The pool and backyard are amazing. Looks like something out of a magazine. The front porch is covered and comfy and is where we spent our mornings and late nights. There is a very short walk to the beach as well as a short walk to an ice cream shop and mini mart. The house has a beach cart which was super helpful. Highly recommend this home!

My husband and I own and manage this property We take excellent care of it. The same couple has been cleaning it for the last 6 years. I am a Physical Therapist and my husband is a computer programmer and web developer with his own business. My husband grew up in Commack, NY and I grew up in Bridgewater NJ. We met as young professionals and soon married and settled down to start a family. We have now been married for 9 years and have 3 wonderful boys ages 7, 4 and 20 months. We love North Myrtle Beach!! This condo has been a dream of ours since meeting in 2007. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Crescent Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is never crowded and very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to drive golf carts all over this area of the beach. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything: Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing, etc....It is a great location!

Well first of all, I am extremely concerned about making sure that when you arrive that everything is clean and in great working order. I would never rent a property that I myself would not love. It takes good organization and planning to keep our property up to our standards. We are very fortunate to have found individuals to clean each property who understand what I expect and whom themselves are clean freaks. I try to pay them what they deserve for all their hard work. (I do not ever use a cleaning service). I stock the kitchen better than my own. I try to provide you with everything you will need when preparing meals for a large group. The covered porch boasts an obstructed view of the ocean.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach towels for your use. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from your front door. I also provide baby items such as a pack n' play, booster seat, high chair and stroller. A secure HS internet service and smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. There is also a new LG top loading washer and dryer. I think we strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible! Please let us know if there is a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you! We do pick up beach wheel chairs for our guests and return them.
