Cocina, comedor y salas de estar completamente abierto. Romper puertas en el nivel principal abrir la parte trasera de la casa a la piscina privada y zona de patio cubierto. Spring Break Mar 22-27

This VRBO was everything as advertised! Communication was great, all questions answered in a prompt manner. Access to the resort amenities was the big attraction to the 4 teenage boys! We couldnt have asked for a better place. A 10 out of 10.... Give you 11 out of 10 if you put a King Bed in Room #4!!! Fantastic!

Family Beach Trip

The place was very nice and accommodating to my family for Thanksgiving. The host was such a delight very accommodating. We had everything within walking distance. All the amenities were included at North Beach plantation easy access in easy checkout process much appreciated will definitely book again in the near future

Amazing stay

The house is incredible - lots of space even with 9 people; kitchen has a lot of additional cooking ware than typical rentals. The location is great- walkable distance to the beach, superb resort and close to barefoot landing and nice restaurants. To top it off Mark is a great host - very responsive for all inquiries, even for silly questions, and made sure we felt at home.

The best property I rent every year. The house is perfect in every sense, from cleanliness to the amount of space that everyone has at the property. If you are ever looking to rent a house in Myrtle Beach this is the one to rent.

Multi-Generational Family Getaway

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach and amenities. Shuttle was available, but once we realized how close we were it wasn't needed. Had a minor issue with one of the TVs and it was immediately addressed by the owner with a replacement TV. Look forward to returning.

Beach trip for the girls

A group of 8 females were very comfortable during our week stay. The house was quite spacious, tastefully decorated and exceeded our expectations. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was much appreciated, along with the elevator (for all our heavy bags) and the back yard pool/deck area. The host was very responsive and welcoming. Without a doubt, would stay here again!

Always a Pleasure

Despite the weather for our memorial weekend our stay was phenomenal. We always love booking with this couple. They are truly amazing and are always helpful whenever we need anything. The house is PHENOMENAL AND RELAXING. I will continue to book at one of his properties just because of their genuine care!!!

Amazing house, very clean and convenient location.

Where do I start. Mark, the owner, was great to deal with. From booking to check in, it was a seamless process. The house exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family. In fact, it was so comfortable, that we loved hanging out at the pool and grilling instead of going out to dinner. We will definitely rent again!

"Amazing Getaway "

My family and I just got back from renting a home, called Amazing Grace, on the North Beach Plantation and it was wonderful. I loved the nice, peaceful neighborhood we lived in and adjacent properties were gorgeous. I have already booked the same property for our next year's vacation. The host was very attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend this property to anyone who would love to have a nice experience. Oh, and the beach and resort was very accessible 😀

Wonderful property

This house was beautiful. It was located near everything you could need or want to do. The resort that is connected had many pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river. My friends and I had a wonderful relaxing time in a very clean and comfortable house. I highly recommend this property and would definately book it again. The owners were easy to work and reach if we had any questions. There is even a shuttle that can take to barefoot landing or the pools. Wonderful Mrytle Beach experience!

Amazing home

The house looks like the pictures listed under the description. Our family, which included an 18 month old and an 8 year old, had a blast while staying there. We used the pool frequently. My grandson enjoyed swimming in the evenings after we returned from dinner. There are so many restaurants near the house as well. The pack n play and high chair came in handy. It’s not a long walk to the big pools and ocean but there is a shuttle if needed. The owners were amazing and always answered me back in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this location!

Awesome and beautiful home!

My husband and I come to Myrtle Beach every summer with our kids and this is one of our favorite properties that we’ve ever stayed at here in NBP. It was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and a very short walk to the resort and beach! The pool here was just the right size for our 5 children to play in every day. Everyone had their own room with a bathroom too, which is very convenient for our large family. The master bathroom was very spacious and the balcony off of it was great for watching July 4th fireworks! We made use of the elevator and the laundry room too, everything worked seamlessly. It was really a perfect vacation home, we have no complaints. We were quite comfortable and felt at home, it was wonderful! Thanks to Mark as well, he was very kind and sent us a lot of information before our arrival and kept in touch afterwards too. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely come back and stay again!

Really Nice Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark’s property. It’s in a great location and with two young children (ages 4&1), the pool was perfect! Communicating with Mark was also super easy and he was very responsive to the few questions we had. The home is beautiful but needs a little TLC. A few refrigerator door shelves are broken, some drains were clogged/slow to drain, and home was surface clean but not deep cleaned feeling (dirty grout, hair in shower). This may because we were end of season, and I would certainly still recommend booking here. Note to families with little children - there’s a great high chair, so no need to bring! On a different note, kitchen had only one knife for cooking/food prep (there were silverware style knives), so may want to pack if you’re big on cooking in.

Perfect!

The pictures of this house...as beautiful as they are...don't even begin to do this house justice! Our stay here was absolutely amazing and it was more than we even bargained for! The house was immaculate and much larger than we anticipated. We had 12 women stay and bathroom space and getting ready space were never an issue! The master bedroom was extremely roomy and the bathroom could've housed all 12 of us! The highlight of this trip for us was that the sliding glass doors going out to the pool could be opened the whole span of the back wall so the whole kitchen and living room opened up to the outside and pool! It wasn't beachfront but this made us feel like we were really on vacation! We also grilled out one night on the grill they provided and it was great! With this rental we also got access to the resort pool that had areas for kids as well as a swim up bar for adults! They provided towels here which was great so we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff over. From the resort pool you could walk up the stairs and directly out on to the beach! It wasn't too crowded and everything was well taken care of. There was even free parking in the towers (right on the beach 2 blocks from the condo that we could roll coolers directly on a path to the beach) which allowed us to avoid fighting for street parking. We also packed sandwiches and had no problem eating them on the pool deck. The owner was also wonderful and you can tell this is not only a rental property but his home as well! He made himself available during our stay and we directly called him a couple of times to ask questions and he answered every time with all the right answers. We had much more luck getting help from him than we did the resort so that was nice. The elevator was a bit difficult to figure out and we ended up bypassing it for the weekend though it would've been nice to send all our luggage upstairs. Both doors were supposed to be shut in order for it to go up and down but even then we couldn't get the doors to open. It was probably user error and we didn't care enough to follow up on it even though I'm sure Mark would've been happy to help. Everyone had such an amazing time and the first day we had all talked about making this a yearly thing to come back to! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Awesome Experience!

The residence looks exactly like the pictures. The host was wonderful, I can't say enough. My stay was during Hurricane Ian but the house made me feel safe and comfortable. The host made sure we were safe and kept in touch. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, well-kept comfortable and close to EVERYTHING. I whole-heartedly recommend this unit and definitely plan on returning. My guests were pleased and happy with our stay as well. Kudos!! See you next time!

Birthday celebrations!

What a fantastic place. We were here celebrating birthdays and couldn’t have picked a better place. The house was perfect for all of us. Very comfortable and convenient to the resort area pools and an easy walk to the beach. Would rent again!!

My husband, Mark and I work hard and play hard. We love to travel and spend time w/ our families. This is the perfect house for family time. Watching our (older) kids/teens sit around the kitchen table laughing, gaming, talking is what life is all about! This home allows for togetherness but large enough for everyone to spread out as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE the beach access, nearby restaurants & shopping. Super convenient to everything! We looked for years for the perfect beach house. The day we drove into North Beach Resort we loved it. Then we walked into our home and immediately knew this was the beach house we had been looking for. This was the builder's personal home so the attention to detail is top shelf. We couldn't be happier w/ the home, location and the endless amenities of NBP

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Designer decorated, the open floor plan of the main level was the most attractive part of the home to us. The large open kitchen w/ oversized island lends itself to having several people in the kitchen at the same time. The covered patio is an extension of the living area & the break away doors is like a wall that opens up to the covered patio and our private pool. Perfect for entertaining and large families or groups.
