NO HOST/CLEANING FEES for this East Side Studio! Private yard and shared pool!

Welcome to Tucson! Our studio apartment is 480 square feet with it's own front and back door for privacy. It is on the east side of town close to Sabino Canyon and the popular bike path "The Loop" https://southernarizonaguide.com/bicycle-path-the-loop/
It has a private fenced yard and a covered patio. A view of the mountains can be seen from the patio and through the windows. There is a kitchenette with coffee/tea, and creamer. A microwave, hot plate, 5-cup coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and fridge and freezer with ice are provided. A Brita filter provides clean drinking water. A table and chairs accompany the kitchenette. There is an electric fireplace in front of the sofa which holds a TV with ROKU (please bring your log-in information to stream). There is also an antenna for local channels. One of the apartments best features is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower made of travertine stone. The apartment is exceptionally cleaned for you and the new concrete floors make it feel very open and fresh. There is a large closet for storage. The studio is attached to the main house which has a pool, and the pool is available to you upon request (it is not heated). This studio has it's own entrance and parking spot in front. Please ask the host for any needs that may arise as we want you to enjoy your time.
If you have an additional guest staying with you, they can use the single sofa bed. The beds will be set up for you with sheets.

Great place to stay

Its a very nice efficiency apartment in a great location. Its a very nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to so many places. A nice private patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather and a view of the mountains. The kitchen is very tiny but sufficient.

Tucson Getaway

Enjoyed our stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood, near the road to Sabino Canyon and not far from a grocery store, etc. No oven, but the microwave and hotplate were great for the cooking as we did on site. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was as described/pictured - clean, well equipped, and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to the activities I had planned in the Foothills, NE Tucson and central, Tucson. Checking in was simple and the host communicative to needs during my stay.

The whole process of checking in, staying and checking out was a piece of cake. Elizabeth was great at answering any questions we had. Very clean. Exactly what was pictured. Will stay again if in Tucson!!!

Older neighborhood/felt safe! Excellent location! Close to all types of shopping and restaurants! Didn't use pool or yard- but great set up. Wish check out could have been a little later. Great hosts with suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. Truly appreciate how clean! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to stay with Dogs!!

This beautiful casita really set the bar high for our cross country trip! Being the first place we stayed, we have yet to meet the expectation that was set by this place anywhere we have been! Our host left our towels for our dogs to minimize mess from the rain, a special sheet to cover the furniture and even left some treats for them. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, location, or accommodation. Highly recommend this cute little casita!

Quiet and Cozy

Had a wonderful 2 day stay at Elizabeth's studio. It was very clean and comfy. I love the natural skylights. Also very peaceful to sit on the back porch/garden area with a cup of coffee. Great location also. I have no hesitation giving this a 5 star review.

Lovely and everything I needed

I stayed with my dog and we had a lovely stay. The studio had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. The enclosed yard was also great for Maddie (my dog). It was quiet and the neighborhood lovely to walk. Elizabeth was available if needed and also respected privacy. I'm grateful to have found her place.

Great get away!

Great stay. very nice, clean and well stocked. We appreciated the accommodations for my guide dog and our senior golden doodle. The hosts were pleasant, and the grounds were well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Nice, quick stay

We just stayed 1 night. It was very comfortable. The owners of the house were home and outside quite a bit, but never a bother or intrusive.
