Spend sunny days fishing the Rockport Pier, swimming at Rockport Beach, or exploring the shops on downtown Austin Street -- all a short drive from your retreat.

This single-story home sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Sleep soundly on the queen bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Your retreat is in the ideal location for birders, and is a short 3-minute walk to the Aransas Bay and its beautiful vistas.

Cast a line from Rockport Pier, located just a mile away. Just 2 miles away, you’ll find Cove Harbor Marina and Drystack, a popular boat launch site. Drive just 6 minutes to reach fun in the sun, surf, and sand at Rockport Beach. While you’re in the area, head to downtown Rockport’s Austin Street for the best local shopping and dining options.

Walk 3 minutes to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary to find nearby natural bliss. Goose Island State Park and The Big Tree -- one of the largest live oaks in the world -- are 11.4 miles away.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
