Stay at a newly renovated space in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. The unit is fully equipped for 4 with everything you need for a comfortable long or short visit.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows, Queen bed in the bedroom and double pull out in the living room.

For guests travelling with infants, we have a high chair as well as travel playard available for your use.

Good area of town, can pretty much walk anywhere in town you need to go. Close bike rentals, clean place, nothing fancy, just nice. Good clean building too. Host was helpful as well.

Great location! We walked to English bay, walked around Yaletown. Quick easy bus access to UBC, North Vancouver and the downtown core. Great food options close by.

Great Place Great Location

Check in was smoothe, Yuliia easy to communicate with, location was perfectly central for walking or public transportation, everything was,perfect except the sofa bed was not very comfortable. I would highly recommend the apartment!

Perfect Location in Downtown Vancouver

This property was just as described. It is nicely decorated and well-appointed in a secure building. Best of all it is convenient to the Sky Train and multiple bus lines making it easy to explore Vancouver by public transportation.

Cozy Spot Downtown

A sweet, comfortable & cozy flat above lively Granville. The place is close to the Yaletown metro and several bus lines, as well as many great restaurants. The host, Yuulia, was very accommodating and easy to reach. Highly recommend!

Perfect City Getaway

This apartment was perfect for our weeklong stay in Vancouver. The unit is exactly as described and we had everything we needed. The super comfortable bed and quiet building made for excellent sleeping conditions. The bus stops on either side of the street were very convenient for getting around town and we were able to walk to many stores, restaurants and local events. We hope to return again and stay here!

The property was easy to find, central and very clean. A big plus is the property’s close proximity to Granville Island and to the bars and restaurants in Yaletown. The apartment isn’t particularly well soundproofed from street level noise, however, which may be an issue for some people. Yuliia was easy to deal with and responded very promptly to a couple of questions we had.

Great for a short stay

We stayed at this property for one month. We found the location (although noisy due to Granville being a very busy street) to be really helpful in exploring most of Vancouvers residential neighbourhoods and tourist attractions, links to public transport is incredible and everything you want to see is within walking distance. The apartment itself was incredibly clean with a lovely homely vibe. We even stayed for a night in a few times and it was so cosy. Would recommend

Wonderful Nest!

The condo was very clean and had a very cool vibe. The space was perfect for two people, so much nicer than a hotel room because we had a little kitchen and some space to move around. The view was amazing: I never got tired of the skyline, the architecture, People watching on the street below. Our host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is walking distance to Granville Island, If you enjoy walking like we do and a short Uber ride from Canada place and Stanley Park. We were also close to coffee, shops, and breakfast spots and shopping. I would definitely recommend this condo.

I had such a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood is extremely walkable with plenty of variety and a central location for activities in Vancouver.The home itself was beautiful, well kept, and thoughtfully organized. It had everything I needed: shower necessities, kitchen basics, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and even an AC unit plus a fan in the bedroom. One of my favorite touches was the wireless chargers on either side of the nightstand, which were amazing.Parking was simple. I used street parking, which was easy to navigate with signage, and I did not spend much.Yuliia was an excellent host, extremely communicative, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. She also provided a guidebook with recommendations that was very helpful for exploring the area.I am extremely grateful for the experience and would absolutely book again when visiting Vancouver.

EZ check in/out w/a key box across the street. Prompt responses from Host. Good sized suite, lots of closet space (could use a bit more shelving for smalls). Completely kitted kitchen, more than we needed. Comfy bed. Tv was acting up & host Bought a NEW TV! Wow! Quiet building. Loved having so many bus choices right outside - to downtown/waterside, to Granville Island & several other areas. 5min walk to Yaletown. Area is a bit in transition, but having a Police Stn right next door was reassuring (but there were no incidents in any case). Lots of Food Choices, convenience stores, right there. Would happily stay there again.

Great spot

The property was clean, charming, and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and easy walking distance to Yaletown and David St restaurants, Granville Island and the waterfront. Granville St can get a bit frisky, but also a lot of cool, hidden gems! Overall loved this spot!

Perfect stay for Vancouver

I think the place is bigger than it appears in the photos. It's a good building, the place was comfortable, and I had no problems while staying there. Katya is quick to respond, too, if anything does come up. You cannot beat the location - I had no difficulties getting around Vancouver from here and it is perfectly situated for an explorer like me. There's plenty of nightlife and a variety of places to eat nearby, and there are plenty of grocery options which was helpful to keep costs down. Katya's place is well worth the price, I really could not have found a better place for my first time in Vancouver.

Fabulous Unit, Walkable to Anywhere

Small but extremely efficient unit! Clean & fully furnished & stocked kitchen. Location is great in that you can walk anywhere from the property. However, Granville can be a bit sketchy with an abundance of harmless homeless folks. We had no issues. Tons of eateries & bars a stone’s throw away. We will stay again & highly recommend this property! Thank you Katya!

Excellent accommodation in convenient location

My 18 year old nephew and I (female 39) stayed for 5 nights at the end of June 2022. The location was very easy to find and check-in using a lock box at 7/11 across the street was easy. A few minor things: the key fob didn’t always work at the front door of the building. We talked to other people who also had this issue. At one point, a very loud alarm went off in the unit. It wasn’t the fire alarm and was confined to our unit. I still don’t know why that happened. Otherwise it was a great stay. Spacious unit for 2 people and convenient to transit and walking to the sites. I will note that the 1 bedroom is separated from the living room fold out couch by a fogged glass wall that doesn’t reach the ceiling so it’s more like a screen than a full wall and doesn’t provide complete privacy. Overall the size of the unit and convenient location make me highly recommend a stay here!
