Welcome to the family friendly apartment that is looking over the famous Granville Street right in the heart of Entertainment district. Our condo is surrounded by Robson Street, pacific Centre shopping and Yaletown. restaurants. Close to Skytrain and public transportation.

we are offering bright and spacious fully renovated 1 bedroom and a flex condo. The high celling living room offers abundance of sunlight during the day and you can sit back relax and enjoy the city skylines at night. You are steps away from all the restaurants, bars and cafes. Only 20 minutes drive to the airport or public transit station is only few steps away. we have recently added Air Conditioning to cool off during the summer days

Great location, apartment was perfect for my needs, very comfortable and well stocked kitchen. I did notice that the sheets did not seem to be changed out (hair, sequins in the sheets) but swapped those myself. Otherwise fine!

This apartment was perfect for a solo traveler working remotely. You get two options for a work desk one includes a massive monitor and ergonomic chair. The other is by the window for more daylight. Unit includes laundry which was very helpful after rainy hikes. Location is central enough to walk basically everywhere including to yaletown, gastown and Stanley park. The check in process was very simple and the building felt secure and safe. The onsite gym on the first floor was also convenient when I didn’t want to go outside. Perfect stay 10/10!

Overall great stay. Convenient location. Clean.Bathtub drain didn't drain well. Informed the host and they were not able to have anyone fix it during our stay which was unfortunate. Hopefully it's resolved for the next guests checking in.

Perfect location for our event we attended. We walked the entire area. The whole process from start to end was easy and worry free. 10/10 would stay again.

The lack of communication and rigidity of the owner caused me to spend the entirety of the rest of my 5 day stay attempting to resolve the problem caused by their unresponsiveness. After notifying them 6 hours before my check-in time that my flight would be delayed and that I would arrive much later that evening, I received NO RESPONSE until the following morning, causing me to have to find a nearby hotel room for the night. As convenient as the unit is, I would not recommend staying there if there is even the possibility you might have a travel disruption. Like me, you may well end up looking for lodging at 2:00 AM.

We loved our stay at Mark's place. It was clean, centrally located, and Mark himself was awesome to deal with. He even helped find a hearing aid that I only realized I had lost after we'd checked out. We highly recommend Mark's place.

Very convenient location for coffee and food and cocktail choices fairly close to the water and attractions. Apartment makes very good use of the available space.

Conveniently located cosy apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was very clean and well appointed inside. The layout is good for a couple. Convenient location right in Yaletown. Only downside is the street outside is very busy with public transportation and emergency vehicles. We got accustomed to it though, and used esr plugs / white noise at night. Would definitely stay again

Clean and safe place. It doesn't have air conditioning or ventilation, it's very hot when it's hot. The entrance has a folding door which is made of glass we moved the door the glass broke it is a danger since we could have suffered an accident. He clarified that the damage to the glass had to be paid. That door shouldn't be made of glass, it's dangerous for guests

Nice downtown unit

Unit was very clean and exactly what we wanted during our stay in Vancouver. There are so many restaurants and bars nearby that made it easy to walk around and save on ubers. The police station is right next door so it does get a little noisy at night, but nowhere near unbearable. Overall we had a great stay!

Vancouver-Granville Street

The location is excellent, but Granville Street at that location for a few blocks is a little sketchy. We stayed 7 days/8 nights and averaged walking 9 miles a day. It was very easy to walk(and boat) to Granville Island, the fireworks on Saturday and Wednesday and Bard on the Beach. The walk to Theater under the Stars in Stanley Park was about 45 minutes. The apartment and building were clean and modern. On the 2 days when the temperature got up in the 80's, the air was not adequate. Suggest you get instructions on operation of the space air unit and that should help.

Great Stay in a Lively Neighbourhood

Clean and clutter free apartment, easy check in and check out, and great communication with the host. Its a lively neighbourhood which we enjoyed very much, very busy in the evenings on the weekend. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

What an adorable apartment!

The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to Granville Island and near a bus stop to get to other parts of the city. The unit was well appointed with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the sofa after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable! If we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves in Vancouver again, we will definitely book this place again!

The apartment was really lovely and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and helped us to check in early as the apartment was ready and it was all smooth. The apartment is well located within walking distance of most everything. Not having parking is a little bit of an issue but we found secure paid 24 hour parking a few blocks away which considering the reasonable price of the unit factored in. Downtown Vancouver is having a real crisis issue with drug addicts and homeless people so one has to expect that , but this is all over unfortunately and comes with the territory . We will be definitely staying there again if Mark will have us!

Séjour a Vancouver

L'appartement est très propre, tout est fonctionel, les ustensils casseroles tout y est. Le propriétaire est très courtoit. Le problème est le quartier qui est défavorisé, il y a beaucoup de toxicomanie dehors, les gens hurles pendant la nuit. Nous avons dormie une nuit sur 4!
