Family Retreat / Country Villa in the City
Bring the whole family and enjoy our Country Villa on nearly an acre. You’ll feel like you’re in the country right in the middle of the city
The house has lots of family space to gather and you’ll absolutely love the brand new backyard with it’s Beautiful Villa Style Private Pool (heated on request), Hot Tub, Pickleball, Sport Court, 2 Firepits and Large grass Area
Relax on the outdoor Patio/Family Room with Gas Fireplace, BBQ and Dining Al Fresco for your family gatherings.
The House is a great mix of private curl-up-with-a-book spaces and 2 large gathering rooms where everyone can play games, watch TV or have a meal together. Each bedroom has its own 50” TV with a larger TV in the Gathering room to enjoy the game or a movie together.
- Resort style Master bedroom w/ King Bed, walk-in closets, private entrance
- Bedroom 2 and 3 - King Beds w/ shared bathroom
- Bedroom 4 - queen bed
- 4 extra double bed sofa sleepers
"NEW TO LISTING"
Guest house is now available to add to your booking. With a Master Bedroom, Bathroom with walk-in shower and Breakfast Kitchen. The guest house can add that extra little bit of space for you and your family. Walks out right on to the pool deck. The guest house is approximately 1000 sq ft.
Fees of the guest house is $150/night plus $150 cleaning fee.
To add the guest house to your reservation please let us know.
Your family will have perfect privacy in the main house and in the “oasis in the desert” back yard. Brad (owner/manager) lives in the guest house which has it’s own entrance at the back of the property, and is available to help you with anything you may need during your stay.
The entire property is handicap accessible and all on one level.
Our family has owned Paradise Canyon Golf Resort in Alberta Canada for many years. Please feel free to look us up if you have any further questions about this property or others. (Ext 2)
