This ground floor condo unit is 1 of a 4-unit building, and yours to enjoy in its entirety.

We don’t like unexpected surprises on vacation, so we hope to set expectations up front. Please ensure this is a good fit for everyone in the event of possible occurrences out of our control. If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.

Snow: During the winter months, please ensure you have tire chains and/or AWD. The condo complex parking lot is flat and cleared of snow often, but you may encounter some ice.

Security: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front door and back door. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

Comfortably decorated with plenty of space for everyone to rest in their own rooms, relax in the living room or play games at the dining room table. Nice to have designated parking spot and chair by the door to remove shoes before entering VRBO. We appreciated that both bathrooms were furnished with plush bath towels, makeup towels and hair conditioner.Maggie was very responsive and made us feel welcome.

We will absolutely be staying here again! It was so nice to open the cupboards and see children’s cups and plates! By far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at. Would absolutely recommend.

This condos was exceptional. Very updated and the rooms were well appointed. The beds were really comfortable. Maggie was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Perfect condo for families. Super clean with all of the necessities to support a wonderful vacation in Leavenworth. Parking is really easy. Awesome 15 minute walk into downtown. Many cool places to visit are just minutes walking distance (Mountain Coaster, Enchantment Park, Leavenworth Golf Course, etc). Great communication with the manager. A location that we will certainly stay at again. PS. This is the absolutely ideal location to support someone running the Leavenworth Marathon. The current run route for the Full & Half Marathon is literally steps from this location. It was great supporting our runner by literally walking out of the condo and cheering her on! Thank you!

Exactly as described. The a/c units/fans made the property extremely comfortable and perfect for sleeping. The layout was great for a group of seven and I would highly recommend this for a girls weekend!

What a wonderful stay we had in Leavenworth! The condo was perfect for us! Very roomy bedrooms. It was nice to have an open kitchen/dining/living room where we could all hang out and chat about our experiences! Great location and plenty of ‘guest parking’! The house was very clean and very tidy. It was well marked with instructions and helpful tips. Communication was excellent!Thanks for sharing your place with us!

would definitely stay here again. check in and out were easy. the property’s so clean and had everything we needed. it was close to downtown (about 4 mins drive) and across the adventure park.

Spacious condo within walking distance to town

Welcoming home close to town. Very clean, accommodating, and spaciuos. Host provided everything needed plus little welcome cards and chocolate on each bed!

Great spot

Close enough to town to walk, plenty of parking, and a lovely space! My only complaint would be that the amount of detergent and paper products provided was very limited, especially for a place that sleeps up to 8 which we booked for a full week. It didn't end up being an issue, but at these price points I don't think you should be expecting your guests to top up the toilet paper.

Lovely condo and great location!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved how it was across the street from the new adventure park. It is a far walk to Front Street in the hot weather so we had to pay for parking a few times. Overall, we had a great time and we were comfortable.
