Check in went very smoothly. The house was well kept and supplied with most things. There was only 1 extra roll of TP so a supply of TP would be nice. Also, the kitchen floor looked clean until we had to wipe up a little spill and noticed the whole floor needed mopping, and some of the kitchen drawers had crumbs and looked dirty. The panel that is broken in hot tub needs fixing and curtain rod in little room off kitchen is broken. These are just little things but do make a difference. We definitely would stay again at this house.

Backyard was amazing

The communication could have been better and the grill was too dirty to use but everything else was good and the backyard was amazing.

Great home away from home!

We booked this home in order to attend a family party in Phoenix. Home was only 15-20min away. Very quiet neighborhood-we felt very safe. Home was very clean and beautifully decorated. Backyard was fabulous!!! Pool was too cold to enter but we had a great time with all the other amenities in the backyard.

Great family getaway

The property was really clean and had plenty of activities to do at the house. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and short drive to great hiking. The host was great and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Nice family getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The backyard was great; we enjoyed the multiple areas to sit and relax. We didn’t use the pool because the water was way too cold. There were no pool toys, the balls for backyard games were deflated, and the beanbags had holes. After two messages to the property owner, he had new beanbags delivered. The pool table in the garage was a blast. Having access to the pickleball court was fantastic. The title of the home had us slightly fooled as this house is definitely not BRAND NEW as stated in the ad. It had been renovated, but the house itself is rather old. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is pet friendly - clearly noted by pet hair found around the home. Location was good.

Family spring break

Our family of 4 stayed and enjoyed our stay. Kids ages 11 and 12. Very clean and updated home. We enjoyed the patio at night with seating area and TV to watch movies. Kids loved pool table, ping pong, basketball courts, pickle ball, and fishing.Communication process was great while we were there. Would rent again.

Cubs Spring Training excellent location

My husband and I visit Mesa Cubs spring training. The home was in a perfect location and served our needs very well. Check in was easy and the property manager was quick to respond and sent notices to remind us of trash pick up and the pool cleaning. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The back yard would have been awesome for entertaining but it was just the 2 of us. The pool is not heated but I utilized the back yard every day and immensely enjoyed the warm Phoenix sun. We were within 10 minutes of Sloan park, restaurants, and grocery stores. We would love to rent this home again!

30th birthday golf weekend

We stayed here for a 5 day golf weekend celebrating me and my twin brothers 30th birthday. The house has so many activities and an unbelievable backyard. Big TVs in every room, nice bathrooms. The locations is great!Extremely happy with our stay!

Great trip

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host, Torin, was great to work with and very accommodating. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely rent from Torin again.

Really great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as described. Communication with the owner Torrin was very good and when we arrived, and there was not a Keurig coffee maker, someone delivered a brand new one to our door with a huge box of pods within about an hour of my inquiry!! Since we were there when it was 120° and very sunny We would have enjoyed a few more umbrellas around the pool to create some shade for floating, but not a dealbreaker. Also, the master bedroom only has a very comfortable queen size bed, and it would’ve been nice to have a king size, but again not a deal breaker! The furnishings and decor were very lovely and up to date! We loved having a tv on the covered back patio as well! It was so nice to be very close to the canals and the walk around the canal from the property was just about a mile. We would definitely rent this property for another trip to Mesa!

Fit our needs

We enjoyed staying here. We should have looked at the listing more carefully because even though it sleeps 10, there were only 3 queen beds. They did have 2 queen air mattresses and it ended up being fine. The pool was fantastic and well taken care of. There were so many fun outdoor games. Our host was extremely responsive. The only downside of the house was that the internet speed was slow. Overall, definitely recommend!

Az competition weekend

Our family of 5 loved our stay! The kids had so much fun in the pool/spa and the game room. We took walks around the little lake. The house is clean and so cute! The location was close enough to the convention center which made it nice for our daughter’s competition. Thank you for sharing your adorable house with us!
