Excellent location (everything is walking distance !) and so many beach toys and equipment for the whole family! Loved that they had a pack n play which was convenient for my toddler too :) loved how uncomplicated and easy the check out instructions are. Probably one of the simplest check out processes I’ve had with a vacation rental. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Fabulous getaway!

We loved our stay at this apartment! The kitchen is well stocked, it’s chic and comfortable and it’s in the perfect location. Just a few steps from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants. The host, Niloo, was gracious and let us have an early check in so we could make the most of our quick weekend away. We will definitely be back!!

Great stay!

The location is ideal! Close to the beach and the restaurants! Clean, nice and comfy! My only note would be that there are four units in the building and you can hear people in the other units.The other units had kids, so we could hear them. It was fine with us (we also had kids along) but good to know before you rent. We would still stay again!

Great location. Great apartment.

This apartment is in a great location. It was quiet. We used street parking for our vehicle and we’re able to find a spot when we needed it. There are lots of eating places nearby and a market. A light switch in the bathroom is missing it’s selection handle but is easily fixed. We would stay there again.

Awesome condo 1 street away from beach

Awesome condo 1 street away from beach. Nicely remodeled...nice beds and kitcheb and outdoor deck...listing says there was a grill or bbq but we did not see one on deck but it also didnt bother us so we did not contact owner. There was a charcoal grill in the carport witg beach toys but it was all marked "do not use".

Amazing condo!!!

My family and I just got back from a 5 day/4 night stay at Niloo's amazing place. The 2 bed/1 bath was large and perfect for my family. The bedrooms are large size and the kitchen/living room are also a great size with a 4 person dining table so we could all eat breakfast. There was beach toys for my boys to use at the beach and a large outdoor patio off one of the bedrooms that we enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The area is so convenient and just a 1.5 blocks from the beach and there are lots of restaurants a few steps from the condo that we enjoyed for dinner. The location was also perfect to enjoy not only the La Jolla beach, but just 15-30 min from Legoland, whale watching, and the San Diego Zoo. Niloo was amazing about an early check in and late check out that made it so much more convenient. Thank you Niloo for an amazing stay!

Graduation week vacation

This is a very nice property and great for access to beach and restaurants. The parking spot is key, especially on weekends or holidays, but it’s tight and a large car has to be maneuvered carefully. The kitchen allows home cooked meals for your group with a nice stove and refrigerator with a icemaker. The cooking pots, pans, etc. are adequate but not extensive. The outdoor patio is off the secondary bedroom. It is a large size and has a table and chairs for 4 and a couple of loungers. A full sized washer and dryer are included. The garage has lots of beach toys and chairs, umbrellas and a cooler or two.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again. The only negative was the wear on some of the furniture and bedding. We wish we had Lysol to freshen up the couch pillows. But these were easily overlooked. It’s a great spot!

Great Place!

Have stayed in this immediate area about 20 times, but first time on this property. This one’s a keeper! Perfect spot for 2 people (although it DOES sleep four). Recently remodeled…actually better than pics show! Owner…and employee(somebody always around doing something around building) are very responsive if you need anything. Some properties are empty of various items when you check in. Was thrilled that owners believe to leave things in cabinets from previous guests like coffee, syrup, shower soap and sun screen. Kitchen WELL stocked. If you are not familiar with this immediate area, LaJolla Shores is THE place to stay in the SD area…..it’s why we keep coming back. It’s a half block from beach (and sunsets!) and as you see with pics, the line of shops begin right across the street with all you need: convenience store, bakery, multiple restaurants, including three top-notch Italian places, an ice cream shop, a sandwich shop, and even a chiropractor and massage therapist if needed. We’ll be back here!
