Welcome to this beautiful 100m² apartment, located on the 4th floor with an elevator. Modern and tastefully decorated, it offers an ideal stay for families looking to explore Paris!

The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a sofa, a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 6 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.


The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, utensils, and dishes.

The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.

The beds (two trundle beds – 90 x 200 and a Queen 160x200 ) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably.

There are also working spaces in each room.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel dryer and a mirror. The toilet is separated. Note that the apartment has 1 toilet for 2 bathrooms.

You will also find a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Formerly a lumberjack village with a quiet charm, the 16th arrondissement is now known for its luxurious buildings with Haussmann-style architecture and magnificent gardens. While strolling around, you will also have the opportunity to discover its unsuspected charms, such as the medieval atmosphere of the rue Berton. Due to a large number of embassies, it is one of the most secure districts. The district also offers an impressive choice of museums. If you are an art lover, you can visit the Louis Vuitton Foundation, which has exhibitions and magnificent architecture, the Museum of Modern Art, the Marmottan Monet Museum, and the Palais de Tokyo. But you will also have the choice between the Maison de Balzac, dedicated to the author, the Wine Museum, or, for fashion enthusiasts, the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Palais Galliera. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone with the Parc des Princes stadium, the Longchamp racecourse and Roland Garros. Fashion lovers will find happiness along the famous shopping street in Passy. If you want to have a good time with your family, go to the Aquarium de Paris. For a moment of relaxation, take a walk in one of the capital's "lungs", the Bois de Boulogne.
Finally, head to the Trocadéro esplanade to enjoy the panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Chardon Lagache (line 10), is just a 7-minute walk.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is about 45 minutes away.

Please note that arrivals after 10 p.m. will incur an additional charge of €20, and arrivals after midnight require prior confirmation from GuestReady. In this case, please consult us before making any reservations.

For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil or mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. We will deduct €300 from the deposit if we detect any evidence of this rule being broken.
