Fantastic place in Paris. The space is beautiful, clean, and styled with classic Parisian charm. The highlight is the expansive balcony! Watching sunsets, enjoying views of the Eiffel tower at night...incredible! The location was perfect for exploring and Guy was wonderful and communicative. Would love to return.

Fantastic property and I will stay again. 8-10 minute walk from most transportation and stores but well worth it for the quiet neighborhood with a vid of the Eiffel Tower.

The apartment is precisely as shown in the pictures but it is even better in person. It's a lovely place with plenty of room. The patio is wonderful and we used it to relax after a long day of walking. We even had breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend this place as it is close to a metro and regional train hub. As well as the convenience of both local shops and the mall. Chantal greeted us and showed us evening, check in could not have been easier. Really a wonderful place.

Quaint and very quiet.

Views were great. Would definitely book again. Easy access to restaurants, metro and market. We always looked forward to coming home to it after a long day.

Great apartment and terrasse litterally in Paris

We loved to stay in this quiet and green neighborhood with a lot of local cafes and stores. Only a few steps from Paris and easy access to public transportation. AC and views are a bonus!

Great Paris Apartment

Quiet and comfortable in Neuilly-sur-Seine

Plenty of space for our family of four, including a massive terrace. The owner and the property manager were both very welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The neighborhood is very quiet in August, which suited us perfectly.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient to get to Paris sites

Loved the property and it's beautiful views. Its convenient to the metro to easily reach many Paris sites. We could watch the Eiffel tower sparkle at night from the 8th floor. I like being off the beaten path, but not too far.

Best deal in Paris

This is an absolute gem, and we hope we'll get to stay here again in the future. All is exactly as it appears in the photos, and exceptionally comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely nice, and the apartment is close to everything you'd need along with good transit links. Check in was super easy, as was checkout. They've thought of everything!

I highly recommend this place! Great neighborhood very close to a metro stop to get you anywhere you need to go.This is a penthouse apartment in a very nice building.There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance day or night.If you are staying during the summer, the air conditioning works great.Chantal met us at check in. She is very nice and helpful.We hope to stay here again soon.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Penthouse apartment on our visit to Paris. Guy was very helpful and Chantal was delightful. The location is perfect—providing a welcomed retreat after the day in the center of the city. Great neighborhood with shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment is beautiful and bright with a grande terrace for relaxing, and watching the Eiffel Tower lights at night (and 14 Juillet fireworks, in our case). Air conditioning, elevator, washer, secure building. Would stay there again.

This apartment was beyond perfect for me and my family for a trip to Paris for the holidays. It's very spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and elegant, with all you need nearby (great restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, boutiques). You are about a 20-30 min ride from most destinations (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee D'Orsay). It was very cold when we were there so we rarely took the subway but easily could have bc there are two lines close by. The apartment is on the top floor, so no noise to contend with (we're New Yorkers, so this is especially rare and appreciated). The two floors were ideal for us to feel like we had space when we came home from a long and busy day sightseeing. It was the home away from home you always hope for but rarely find. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Apartment was nice. Freezer had a loud beeping that was very annoying. You could hit a button to stop it for a couple hours and it would start again. The key to the front door didn’t work on the last day. Would like to have regular pillows for bed. AC was a blessing

Having just stayed at less than stellar accommodations in Provence we were so thrilled when we walked into Guy's beautiful penthouse apartment. Of course we were immediately drawn to the beautiful terrace and all the seating/dining options outside. Every evening we would enjoy a charcuterie platter that we put together from the shops within walking distance. On the evening we didn't do that we had drinks and snacks at one of the many restaurants nearby. Access to two different metro lines under a mile a way was a huge plus. The kitchen is well appointed (at least three different ways to make coffee!) with everything you could want to cook and serve a meal. We didn't cook, but took great use of the washing machine and drying rack since it was so hot and humid while we were in France. Did mention the place is air conditioned? That was a huge bonus. The beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious with plenty of room to leave our your luggage. One of the bedrooms even has a sitting/dressing room so we never had to be surrounded by open luggage. Two ensuite bathrooms made this perfect for two couples traveling together. If you have the opportunity to stay here...do!

Great Parisian Apartment for My Familh

We really enjoyed our stay at Guy’s penthouse apartment. The property is better than it is shown in the picture. It is a rare find in Paris to have the space and such beautiful large terrace. We have a big house back home and we felt we had plenty of space during our five night stay here with our two young children. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and five minutes walk to some great local restaurants. You don’t feel the hectic touristy vibe here at all, but feel like having a local experience. The metro station is within walking distance, we took metro everywhere and it was very convenient. The walk is really nice as it is our daily exercise. Shantal who checked us in was extremely welcoming and kind. Guy the owner was very responsive. We didn’t hear any noise of the neighbors during our stay and tried to be respectful to them as well. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for something local, authentic, conveniently located and also providing a good amount of space for your holiday!

Fabulous Apartment

I can only say GREAT things about this property and our experience in Paris! This duplex penthouse is fabulous! Completely renovated but decorated in old world Parisian charm. The pictures are accurate. So comfortable for me, my husband and our 18 year old daughter. The wraparound balcony is fantastic! We sat out there each morning enjoying the glorious Parisian spring sun. Both bedrooms on the 2nd floor have terraces. The tops of the Eiffel and the Arc de Triomphe are visible from the apt. The neighborhood is lovely! Close to cafes, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. The Metro is about a 10 minute walk away. From the beginning, Guy, the owner, was very responsive to all of my questions. He got back to me promptly each time. He and the property manager were very helpful and very very nice! The apt, the neighborhood, the city, the people and the whole experience made us fall in LOVE with Paris! We all agreed this was our #1 trip and we’ve been to many many places!! We will be back!

Spacious Apartment w a View

This property was exactly as advertised. Very roomy, 2 1/2 baths, well-equipped kitchen, elevator, close Metro stops, lots of space, and best of all - a 7th floor terrace with a great view of the city. The property owner was very responsive whenever we contacted him, and the concierge who checked us in was helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Bien qu'il semble être un peu à l'écart du centre de Paris, cet appartement est près de deux lignes de métro qui rend le déplacement très facile. Très bel appartement avec un terrasse superbe.
