Beach Bliss is a desirable GROUND FLOOR unit in a very PRIVATE GATED COMMUNITY. Exquisite views of the gulf from the living-room and master bedroom and from the wrap-around ''living room'' balcony of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath flat. This unit was completely updated in March of 2023 with updates in every room of the unit. New leather living room reclining sofa and loveseat were added in January 2024. The kitchen features granite countertops and Samsung appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you need to "eat-in" during your stay if you desire. There are three charcoal grills on property for your use as well! All three bathrooms were updated with new vanities and granite in the master bath. The master is also equipped with a new tile walk-in shower.

Full over full and twin over twin (with additional trundle pull-out) bunk beds are perfect for the kids. There is plenty of space for the kids to relax and do their own thing. Each bedroom has its own television. Everyone gets to watch what they want! The kids will love their own space and fun ocean life decor.

Pinnacle Port is a private, gated resort, offering luxury and comfort right on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of both Lake Powell (one of the few dune lakes of the world) and the Gulf... right outside your door!

The BEST part of this condo is being on the ground floor! You can walk right into the unit. No steps or elevators to navigate! It makes going back and forth to the beach or pool a breeze. It is easy to stay out for a while and then come in for a quick bite to eat or a nap for the kids (or adults)! You and your family or friends will love your stay at this condo! It is really perfect for every group!

Great location! Three generations had an awesome stay with room for everyone. Very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, and dishes. The board games and cards were a plus. Erin was great and easy to work with.

Location, location, location! Ground floor condo close to smaller pool and steps from the beach. Communication with owner was excellent! Our front door wouldn’t open mid week and I messaged owner for help; Erin replied within minutes and solved our problem!

Amazing Stay!

This property was perfectly located to everything you would need. It was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed in the master room was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. 100% I will be booking at this location again in the near future and I’ve never booked the same place more than once. Family Fun

Great location! My youngest daughter got married at Carillon Beach weddings and Pinnacle port is very close. Condo was clean and the beach is wonderful! Publix is also near by which was nice.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We loved everything about our stay here. It was so convenient to everything, yet not in the high traffic area of PCB. The short walk to the beach was so accessible for my elderly mother and one of the main reasons we chose this condo. It provided the perfect place to celebrate her 91st birthday!

June 17-24 2023 stayed one week

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a great vacation. Excellent location just a few steps to the beach. The owner has it furnished nicely and the beds were comfortable. If you need a three bedroom and ground level I would highly recommend this unit.

We have stayed in this condo now for 2 years in a row and love the location especially with having young grandchildren with us. It is so conveniently located to the beach (with lots to haul back and forth) and the playground and pool. Condo is nicely decorated and great size for such a great location! Host has always been excellent!

Great spot in the quiet end of the beach

We were looking for a condo to for our family and budget on the quieter end of the beach. This was perfect. We loved the location and how easy it was to access the beach. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Super great time

Loved the location of condos and the unit inside the condominium. Large group staying for fall break lived the tennis and pickle ball courts. The beach was so close we all enjoyed our time!!!

Beautiful and convenient!!! So close to beach!

This place was amazing. We loved that everything was so close and no steps at all!!! All the things we could’ve needed were there. The remodel was so nice and clean. There were plenty of towels for the 6 of us. The view from the master bedroom was my favorite. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Peaceful & Relaxing Stay with G-babies

The location alone of this gorgeous condo made our stay! If you have children on your trip this is a wonderful location as stated in the description and other reviews. So close to everything when you have to carry alot! The remodel on this condo is so pretty! We had a wonderful time and already planning the next trip around its availability.

Family Vacation

This was our second time to stay in this unit. Have stayed at Pinnacle Port numerous times and this is our favorite unit. Being so close to the beach is wonderful! The unit is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Owner was quick to respond to a question I had while there and that was much appreciated! Highly recommend this unit.

Our family of four is thrilled to offer you a little bit of our "Beach Bliss." We are owners as of November 2021, but have been staying at Pinnacle Port for over twenty years.

This property is perfect for families. There is plenty to do for all! We love that it is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach drag, but plenty close to everything you need. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground for the kids. Enjoy a grilled meal by using one of the on-site charcoal grills.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Pinnacle Port is located just next to Camp Helen State Park. This makes it quiet without the commercial distractions of many beach properties. Our unit is on the ground floor...no stairs. Enjoy walking straight out the door with your beach gear. No waiting for elevators! You will fall in love with this unit.
