Great Condo

Condo was clean and comfortable. Dishwasher did not work let the host know and within 2 hours she had someone there. Great communication from booking on. Would definitely rent again for family vacation.

Little slice of paradise

Love the location in PCB away from the crazy crowds. This is our second stay and we will most definitely be back. Jackie our host was wonderful even called to check on us and offered us a different unit due to the elevator being down in our building for a few days.

It was simply amazing. The room had the best view of the ocean. The beach wasn't crowded. We had a great time. Our host was amazing as well. We plan to go back sometime.

Very Nice Condo

This unit is very well taken care of and updated recently. The owner has included extras to make the stay even better. Jackie was easy to talk to when we needed her and did everything possible to keep us cool when there was a problem with the AC.

Best Property at Pinnacle Port!

We’ve stayed at Pinnacle Port quite a few times over the years and this unit was by far our favorite! We loved the wrap around balcony with the amazing views, there was plenty of space for our entire family, the unit was so well decorated and maintained, had everything we needed and the little touches and details from the owner did not go unnoticed to how to operate the coffee maker, the showers, etc.!! We have already booked again for the Fall and can’t wait to go back! We would highly recommend staying at Jackie’s condo, you will not be disapppointed!

Great experience

We had a great week. We were very comfortable inside the condo. Good communication with the owner. In fact, we noticed the blender wasn't working, and it was replaced while we were still there. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and kitchen supplies. Laundry worked well. The deck is amazing since it is wrap-around. Perfect spot if you're not on the beach for the sunsets. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend.

The Perfect Host

We just completed our stay this weekend and our week at Pinnacle Port was amazing.we cannot say enough good things about Jackie. He was was very responsive during the booking process and the time leading up to our stay. He also let us know the night before check in that we were good to check in at anytime therefore we did not have to wait until 4. The grounds while older have been very well maintained and very safe. Security is constantly driving around checking parking permits. We had a total of 9 in our party 5 adults and 4 kids and the condo housed us great. I was worried about the kids being loud with it being a condo but the place is sturdy with super thick walls. The kids being loud was never an issue. We will be looking to book with Jackie again if the opportunity arises no questions asked. We vacation in PCB at least once a year and sometimes twice and this was hands down the best experience with a condo owner. Thank you again Jackie!

Fall Break 2022

This condo looks just like the pictures. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, location is perfect. The only con I would give is that it was not very clean when we arrived. We swept and mopped the floor twice and still had black feet. We think maybe it is from the rugs being so dirty. The window sills were disgusting. It didn't look like blankets had been washed. I don't fault the owners for this, but they may want to contact their cleaning crew and see what is going on. They are definitely doing the bare minimum. Overall we love Carillon and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo/great location

This condo is beautiful with plenty of space and amenities to make you feel like home. The views from the balcony are amazing, the setup allows you to see to the east and to the west. The location of the condo is the best part, Panama can be very busy and beaches can be packed not here, plenty of room on the beach and pools, never a wait for elevators, and plenty of parking. The owner was timely with any questions and check in was very smooth. I would most definitely return.

Beautiful location but….

Location was wonderful. There were no instructions on how to access tv stations, how to work the Showers, one bathroom was inoperable and one bath the sprays did not work. The units floor was dirty and counters grimy. I all the years we have rented inDestin area we have never been asked to launder the towels or strip the beds! There was no laundry soap or garbage bags provided. Also both screens on the patio doors did not slide. Requested service, but no one came.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. I would however like to respond to clarify a few of your complaints. You were in contact with us regarding some of your issues. I was staying in our other unit during your stay and came over to the unit immediately and showed you how to use the television and the shower. We realize that the TV situation is not ideal but the condo association has contracted to remedy this situation. We are in the middle of an upgrade to all of the wiring and service in the entire complex. I disagree that the unit was dirty as I walked through it after cleaning before you checked in. Our cleaning service does an excellent job and the unit was clean and ready for rental. Asking renters to start towels and place dirty sheets next to the washer is a standard practice for owner rentals and something that we have done for the entire time that we have rented our units at Pinnacle Port (40 years). I am sorry that your expectations were different. Large rental companies may do it differently, I honestly don't know. We are simply sharing our vacation home with others. Many people have varying needs and certain brands of detergents and we do not provide them. This has never been an issue before and I'm sorry that it was one for you. You also mentioned an issue with a bathroom and the screen doors. The bathroom issue was a clog in the drain and maintenance came and cleared it. You were unaware that they had been there and fixed it until we spoke and you realized that it was working. They also addressed the screen doors and lubricated them. This unit does have multiple screen doors that are directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The salt air does sometimes create lubrication issues with rollers on the screen doors. It's a fact of life when on the beach. Just because you did not see maintenance doesn't mean that they didn't address and fix the problem because they did. We stayed in this unit after you left and found none of these issues that you claim were not resolved. Once again, I apologize that you were not happy with your stay. Perhaps a full service resort or facility would better meet your needs in the future.

Greg experience with this property and owners. Very spacious unit with large wrap around balcony that was very tastefully updated. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Pinnacle Port

Beautiful view, gorgeous condo! What a great vacation. Condo was fully stocked, newly updated, and extremely clean. Tons to do, including shuffle board, tennis courts, pool, beach and much more. Definitely will go back!
