Deer Valley 166 is the left side of our beautiful 4 BD/3 BA walk-in duplex centrally located to everything in Branson. Take in the wooded views from your private upper deck or unwind in the hot tub (shared with adjoining duplex). A quick drive gets you to the strip where you will find shows, attractions, shopping and dining, or use the alternative routes to Downtown Branson or Silver Dollar City. Relax, and enjoy your stay.

Location and space were fabulous. Very close to everything, quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone has their own space. We will definitely be staying here again. There are a few improvements that could be made- tile in the master bath shower are coming undone. There is nothing to hold soap,shampoo, etc in shower so your left putting them on the floor which isn’t very sanitary. This could easily be fixed by a shower caddy going over the shower head. Also, some bath mats to prevent slipping. We used towels so wasn’t that big of an issue. The biggest issue was the master bed is not very comfortable. It creaked everytime you moved and felt very springy. This is an opinion as everyone likes a different mattress. I ordered a memory foam mattress topper and it was fine. The X-Large chair in the living room needs to be replaced as it looked and felt like someone tried to shove the cushion back in and it was very uncomfortable to sit on. But we used the other chair and the couch. Just fyi, There isn’t a PlayStation- it got broken and wasn’t removed from the listing. There was an ironing board, iron, infant seat and looked like a play pen. Also hair dryers and plenty of kitchen appliances. Blenders, crockpots, grills, etc. we didn’t use any of that as we ate out all meals but nice for future guests to know what is there. So again, just a few minor improvements. Great communication from owners. Will rent again! Hot tub was great!

We didn’t use the hot tub, stove/oven was broken upon arrival but got 200 back. The master shower grout needs deep cleaned. The garage door opener sometimes works. The bushes were encroaching on the front door a lot. Trash was super full at the curb. Kitchen trash can broken. Bathtub drain was clogged fixed super fast though. Response to issues were fast except regarding the stove/oven which they knew was broken but didn’t tell us. We found out when trying to make dinner with all our new groceries.Beds/pillows were comfy except for the master bed mattress had dipsCouches were well used and leather chair cushion needed replacedPictures hid the wear on the walls and furniture. Location real good and quiet.

Great location

This property was in a great location, very roomy and comfortable. It had all the amenities u needed. Hot tub was great. We enjoyed our stay with our friends. The hostess was quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Branson Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family. The pictures do not do it justice. We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space, we were not crowded but very comfortable. The property is beautiful with the view and nature.

Nice place, good location for Branson

The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast for a family of 10 each morning and plenty of room to spread out when needed. The downstairs living room was great for the teenagers and they also enjoyed the hot tub.

Perfect location

This was our 3rd property via VRBO and by far the best. Our entire family loved it and we plan to return to the property for our annual Christmas trip next year

Everything and more

This beautiful home is equipped with all of the appliances you could think of. The game room had everything and more for our adult friend group! There were seats and beds for small or big kids there for a perfect family stay also. The hot tub is shared, but with divine timing, we didn't even see the neighbors. Pull the door towards you for unlocking! Thank you Vrbo!

Great location

We were pleased with the house and sharing the hot tub was not a problem. Our only complaint was the finish on the kitchen table is worn and anything hot or wet made a spot. We loved the location.

Great Location But Had Issues

The location was great and we had plenty of space. However, we had the following issues/complaints: the house was very dirty (carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the living room couch was disgusting - cushions full of crumbs and some sort of white substance), the bath towels were "hard", the master bathroom faucet dripped, the front door keypad lock would not function all the time - we ended up just going in/out of the garage door, and the house needs a facelift (interior/exterior trim in bad shape, windows are leaky, etc.). I'm usually not one to complain but this house could be great with some more attention to cleanliness and some simple upgrades.

Wedding stay

House now very clean,dusty. Carpet needs cleaning. Had mice. Downstairs sink leaked constantly. Couch mattresses were terrible we slept on floor instead. Front door won’t lock from outside we had to leave from garage.

Very convenient

The property was well stocked - full-size shampoos, conditioners, and body washes in all the bathrooms. Newer coffer/Keurig machine fully stocked with Keurig pods and full-size creamers. We had everything we needed and were close to the locations we wanted to visit - the Convention Center, The Landing, and various shops. The property is located on a cul-de-sac so it was very quiet, and the view was great. We would stay here again.

Great place for families

This was a great house for our family weekend I. Branson. Loads of space for everyone to spread out. The hot tub was a blast and has a great view. Only issue on that front is it is shared with unit next door so had to work around allowing each family their private hot tub time. We had a few small issues during stay and the owner was EXTREMELY responsive and quick to remedy. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next stay.

Perfect for ys

Beautiful and spacious home. Close to everything Branson. We have two older teenage kids and having their own space is important. The hot tub was a must when booking. Didn’t realize it was shared but it worked out. Definitely would stay there again.
