The DW - Spacious and Cozy

IMPORTANT TO READ THE ENTIRETY OF THIS AND THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

Welcome to Muletown USA - "The Dimple of the Universe"! We invite you to come stay at The DW which is located in the northeast corner of Maury County. For now, still considered to be in the country, where you will be far enough away to escape most of the congestion, yet still having easy access to main roads and interstates to get to all the great nearby towns and events.

THE PROPERTY: Nothing fancy here. The DW is not historic, doesn't have spectacular views and isn't uniquely furnished. However, we believe you will be pleasantly surprised when you enter this spacious, clean, quiet home, which has been completely renovated and furnished for your comfort.

We have a spacious yard... not fenced... can't afford it. But you might see deer or turkeys walking through, or hear the owls in the trees or the coyotes off in the distance. You might even see or hear the blue bird at the front door who loves his reflection in the window and you'll probably find the neighbor's cat sleeping on the back porch! Ugh.

BOOKING AND GUESTS: ***Make sure to enter the appropriate number of individuals and pets at the time of your booking.*** Even though our home can accommodate up to six (6) people, our nightly rate is based on a 1-person occupancy, because we do not feel that one (1) guest should pay the same amount as six (6) guests. So for more than one guest, there is an extra guest fee added to the nightly rate.

We are not trying to mislead anyone. In fact, with all the fees and taxes that you have to pay, we felt this is the best solution to help keep it reasonable. We hope you agree and will book with us!

Persons that are not listed on the reservation ARE NOT permitted on the property at any time, unless approved in advance by Host. This applies to day visitors or overnight visitors and will be cause for immediate removal and additional fees.

NO parties or events allowed are allowed on the property at any time.

PETS: Upon paying the pet fee, we will allow two (2) dogs weighing less than 20 pounds each, must be housebroken, free of fleas, and crated when left alone. Pet kennels are available upon request. NO PETS ARE allowed on the beds or furniture. Must be in control of the owner at all times and must be leashed or tethered.

COMMUNICATION: Feel free to ask us any questions prior to booking or during your stay.

GUEST INFORMATION: At the time you book, we request that you let us know where are travelling from, a brief reason for your visit (i.e. wedding, etc.), and the first name and ages of all staying on the property. Additionally, if travelling with pet(s) please provide breed and weight. Thank you.
