The total price of the reservation is calculated based on the number of guests provided. It is therefore important to specify the exact number of people at the time of booking.

The number of rooms that are open and made available is also adjusted to match the number of guests booked. Rooms that are not needed based on the number of guests will remain locked and will not be accessible during your stay.

Additional guests or unregistered visitors are not permitted without our prior approval.

If the number of guests changes after the reservation is made, please contact us before arrival so that we can confirm this change. This may result in an adjustment to the reservation total.

PESSAC CENTER

The house is conveniently located in the heart of Pessac, with easy access to downtown Bordeaux, the university campus, the train station, and the airport.

Downtown Pessac offers numerous shops, local services, restaurants, and a market. You’ll also find the Jean Eustache movie theater there, known in particular for its International Historical Film Festival.

From the Pessac train station, you can easily reach Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin by TER.

TRANSPORTATION

The house is well-served by the TBM public transit network.

Tram:

Line B serves Pessac Centre and provides access to the university campus and Bordeaux, among other destinations.

Bus:

A bus stop located about 20 meters from the house provides access to lines 4 and 24, among others.

Several other lines are accessible from Pessac Centre and provide access to Bordeaux, the university campus, the airport, and various towns in the metropolitan area.

The intermodal hub and the Pessac Centre train station are located about 900 meters from the house.
