The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a smart TV.

The first-floor half bath provides added convenience.

Guests have 24-hour access to Terra Verde Resort through a swipe card entry system ($25 mandatory gate card fee per vehicle, payable at the clubhouse when you register your vehicle for your stay). For added security, the townhome has CCTV cameras at the front entrance covering the walkway to the townhome and above the patio door at the back for coverage of the screen door entrance to the patio & hot tub.

Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the community parking in front of the townhome.
